Try this method how we cook matoke in Uganda dear, we do like this ,we fry tomatoes ur spices then we put out a side, we then boil matoke without salt till it's about to be ready then we pour the spicy tomatoes in it. Wen u put salt in matoke before ready it doesn't be very soft. Our method makes matoke very very soft. Lastly we reduce fire and it boils slowly . thanks.cut matoke in the middle only restaurant leave them long coz they keep it on fire all day but for home cut it will be so soft and won't be very dry .put some soup.

Keralites of. India also make raw banana dry receive with fresh coconut in it. You used coconut milk very tasty. If you cut the bananas to few pieces it will cook Quickly. It is a full meal.
