Maduro which means a further ripened plantain, and, melcocho, which is a plantain cooked at the highest level of maturation, and melts in sweetness once cooked. Yah we have a neighborhood which means everyone has there own property n if they have pets like cats n dogs etc.they need to be registered by the town n not allowed to roam free wherever theyd like u can get a fine for that n moat of us drink coffee to wake up n eggs n bacon etc n we dont know or see each other n its very peaceful n quite just how we like it!
