Even in India ( especially in south india) the people first activity is cleaning teeth with neem tree stick later people used to drink water or butter milk ( in old days) now ,( after British rule)tea or coffee was main drink.

Long time ago in my village also no modern like now. But my father build a house from woods and bamboo too . Also make beds from bamboo and woods too . Make table and chair from bamboo . And also wall and cyling from wofen bamboo. My father all do that

Maybe add a stick to the end of brush they use to sweep the floor to make a broom. Makes it easier to clean without hurting your back😊
