Damn right. The vibe between drums and bass is fucking awesome. The guitar fills it with beautiful tones. And the lyrics and vocals are the painstakingly perfect. As a whole tool are unsurpassed. League of their own.
This was like a couple of months before I was born. It's weird to think that from their perspective, they made the favorite music of someone who wasn't even born yet. Tool is just absolutely amazing, glad to be part from this experience.

It's because this camera is getting the audio directly from the venue's sound board. This has been going on for 50+ years and continues to this day. What are you talking about?
I immediately started thinking the same thing about the hazy graininess of the video as well! Like its some pro-shot live video of a psychedelic band from the 60s. Obviously the visual art on the projector screens certainly aids in that aesthetic :) Adam definitely has a cool eye and ear for those nuances. And whomever filmed this deserves commendable praise as well. It's amazing what people can do when they're passionate about something.
Not only is the video good for this era but there's something about their music then, especially in the last minute of the song. It's like they're not trying, and I love it.
