    This dude is a machine! His execution is perfect! No additional vibration of the limbs, muscles, no inertia balancing, no jerking, nothing but pure muscle fiber strength! This should be the goal for anyone performing strength training! 100% efficiency!

    • @ChrisKsan
      @ChrisKsan 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      ***** I'm sorry, I don't know the Cyrillic alphabet, but from the little that I've understood, I can tell you that you are right for the most part. That is why I've said that these should be goals for everyone doing strength training. No one can be this good on day 1, but starting and moving forward they can still approach their respective exercises in the same manner with more control, balance, less jerking, less rushing.

    • @ChrisKsan
      @ChrisKsan 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Indeed. However the "Russian alphabet" is also widely known as the Cyrillic alphabet. Russia is just one of the few countries to use this alphabet.

      @@ChrisKsan what he means is this man has been building muscle where most don’t small muscles we have thousands of them small this man has even strengthened the ligaments attached to muscles he’s strengthened the core giving stability and strength to do exercises most bodybuilders can NOT do this is very impressive

      I don't think it's that at all you have to meet people on there level this guy is doing highly advanced exercises that most people can't do maybe a gymnasts or some other highly trained athlete would be able to the average man or woman wouldn't be able to do this at all maybe if he started off with something people can actually do and show how he advanced to this level its almost like he's showing off with a video like this

      Set Up: Grab the bar with a over or under handed grip and fully rotate your arms so that elbows don't flare out to the side when doing pull ups or chin ups.
      While doing l-sit pull or chin ups keep your elbows close to your side as you pull your elbows back.
      The entire motion is a pull or chin up combined with an over handed or under handed row.

  • @MrBlackitalian

    When he has his legs straight out in front of him hes pulling in with his core (abs), locking out is holding the position for the duration of the exercise. His core remains flexed, there is no rest untill he has finished all of his reps. So he is workng his lats on the pullup and his abs to hold his legs. Note that abs are used to stabilize the body naturally, this takes it to a whole new level. Hope that helped.

  • @domenicocusumano

    they should talk about the nutrition they use. What are they eating. Im sure they keep getting stronger but your body wont react unless your diet reacts. It would be nice if the calisthetic guys talked about this more

    • @sv_mod5609
      @sv_mod5609 10 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      They eat whatever they want, because they do calisthenics ( street workout )!!! they burn it off in calisthenics and keep their body ripped as hell...... :)

    • @NousoftheSupreme
      @NousoftheSupreme 10 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Hannibal has many videos where he talks about his nutrition. He eats a lot of junk food, and as he says, when he eats junk food it motivates him to go workout harder to burn it off.

    • @razorhunter8995
      @razorhunter8995 10 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Well if you just want the body you can eat whatever the fuck you want man . I have a nice body and you can clearly see my back muscles and no diet. i love food , i'll never go on a diet . But if you want to see fast results you have do do diets for sure , it'll work better that way . You chose , its your life haha but keep training .

    • @williamelbaum6344
      @williamelbaum6344 10 ปีที่แล้ว +4

  • @blackwunk

    This is an excellent presentation! Clear, focused explanation of the exercises and a good demonstration of each immediately afterwards. Augmenting the exercises with the additional moves (bent legs, running shoes up, etc.) is not only brilliant but something unique to try in the gym/playground and motivation to try something new. Please continue to teach those of us who look forward to being in possession of a better body.

    I don't know if this is a general question, or one meant for the poster, but it has been my experience that losing fat is about getting your hormones right and getting a healthy liver. Cut fructose out completely unless it is whole fruits (no juice), eat a lot of fibrous plants, nuts, protein. Also, exercise as hard as you are able and enjoy it.

    I use to do those and more in basic training, and if you think I'm a muscle head try studying what I do in my spare time. String theory, physics, quantum engineering, and more. Without putting the effort into having a strong body, you fail to exercise your mind in the way of not giving up when things get bad.
