This video shows how to install the Warn 8274 winch on the Traxxas TRX-4 RC. The model shown in this video is the Chevy K5 Blazer with the long arm lift kit installed. This winch is installed onto an aluminum bumper and paired with the Warn advanced wireless remote.

The link to the wireless remote is no longer available. I believe that is the old remote because it has a Tamiya plug on it. I found the new remote with the xt60 plug on RPP website. Great install video with the camera being right in there showing everything up close.
Any suggestions on metal drive shafts for the K10?
The only metal driveshaft I can recommend is the RC4wd scale steel punisher shaft V2. They make them in three different sizes so you’ll need to measure your existing driveshafts, since the k10 is a longer wheelbase and lifted than the standard TRX-4. The punisher driveshaft v2 is heavy duty and will take abuse, I’ve seen plenty of cheap metal driveshafts snap. You can find good deals online from different websites, just make sure you get the correct size. These are on my list and will be upgrading soon.

But that bumper just doesn't fit well to the truck. It's for the Defender. It is so weird Traxxas hasn't made a chrome bumper for adding a winch.

When you attached the bumper mounts to the bumper, you have two spacers and four longer screws to space it from the Warn winch. where did you get them? They are not included in the hardware kit. I bought the exact same bumper.
