I have a question, what does clipping do? I am pretty new to ibis paint x and is still adujusting to ibisPaint rules to improve my art. Of there is anything else you think I might not know, pls tell me I would like advice lol
Same😂❤ but sometimes you have a lot for layers which increase the lag in IbispaintX! This is just a hack you can use in any of your drawings! I usually just merge the layers :D but this is easier .
Random hack: if you have black outline for your drawing. You can make a new layer above the lineart and set it to "multiply" that way the colors won't go to the outline
@@CoquetteDookies it's the way they see it. If it's easy for them to do it another way then let them do it that way, not everyone has the same brain structure.
ive known this for quite a while, i just never use it because it gets hard when you’re using multiple colours, especially within the same outline :( it always goes to the very back !
I been doing this lol😭 buts it’s a better way to color in your oc/ character your drawing! And you don’t have to worry abt going outside the lines and making the outline smaller

Hack for people who have screen time limits but have ibispaint always allowed! Make a text layer and go to fonts, then press the + button, itll take you to google and all you have to do is log in to your accounts! I'm using it rn!😼

Tip i use without knowing this: 1. make a drawing. 2. add an 2th layer and drag it under the layer 1. hope this helps!

How do you do the shading?
Use the multiply layer :D and alphalock it .
You go to the special brush and click on it and click the one under neath the square drag thingy
Special brush then do the lasso-fill brush when you click on the brush settings

You can also just change the layer settings to darker on the layer you colored!
