Im just discovered your channel 3 three days ago... And honestly, even tho I'm way younger then you, I feel like we have pretty common problems. So just letting you know, life will get better for you. Cat to cheer you up: >(O w O)
*Please* stop getting stoned. Marijuana is a depressant and technically a halucinogen, so given your predisposition to psychosis it is very dangerous for you to use especially as a means of self medicating. It is definitely exacerbating your situation. Also, consider seeing an endocrinologist. You can ask your psychiatrist or primary for a referral to have your hormone levels checked and ensure everything is metabolizing correctly. Taking HRT can cause extreme side effects like a chemical imbalance that can trigger psychosis, explosive anger/aggression, rapid mood swings and extreme depression if your HRT is not being monitored regularly. So you may just need your levels readjusted. Especially since you've been taking a new medication. This could be causing an interaction. In the meantime maybe try getting out of your apartment, going for a walk or working on your crafting. Its been a really difficult period for you and you've got to take care of yourself.
Ask ur prescriber if u can get a gene test to find out which anti depressant will work best for u. The problem might not be the dose and something might work better
I think you need to get out of the apartment and be around people. Maybe volunteer at a animal shelter or something to give you something to do. People need people
