Anyway, what percent fat beef do you use for your burgers? I usually use 80%/20% beef and also add in some ground pork and chicken so I would guess its 85-90% lean but just a guess.
I use a lean ground beef, I assume it is an 80 20. The bacon and cheese is for you David, I believe I left that off the last time. Lol Adding different meats? Now you got me thinking. Lol
