I just read in Korean. I still struggle to read in English. Anyway, Brave New World was the first book I read a few years ago when my wife was in the hospital after a brief illness, and I remember reading it in one fell swoop because I was so hooked on it than I thought. Since then, I have often occasionally taken it out and read any verse.

This book should be considered a kind of textbook. It's so abstract and rigid. Of course, if you've seen his video lecture series like I did, it shouldn't be that hard to understand. In any case, I'd recommend his sequels, which you listed, easier and more comfortable to read.

So i am not alone with this method bying the original Text and the german translation
There ist even a German Editor, called Reclam Verlag, who ist specialized in small pocket books for scholars with the original text and the German translation on matching pages original on the left page - translation on the right page
I have to check but i think they started with Opera Libretti (mostly Itallian - German) texst's and then they translated all Latin writers like: Julius Cesar 'de bello gallico', Tacitus 'germania' all Roman philosophers, and soon expanded to English authors beginning with William Shakespeare's poems and screenplays

I envy you. There are some older books and literature that have both Korean and English versions in their original versions, too in Korea. However, not so much. And it is even more rare to find a book that is not an English-speaking book, but a book with original texts in German, French, Japanese, Chinese, etc.

Hi Mr No Edit, i really love your #TerminalBookReadingAproach
I saw the film #Terminal many years ago because i like seeing films with #TomHanks and i have a quite personal connection because my father is a Hungarian, he worked as a chemotechnitian in a German company when Hungary was still 'under russian maintainance' when he was done with his work his very company tried to get rid of him sending him back to communist Hungary - back then he was member of an international club called 'Carl Duisberg Gesellschaft' and the moment he decided not to go back to soviet Hungary, all the members helped him to get a lawyer to ask for 'political asylum' so he could stay in Germany and he became a stateless Person like Tom Hals charakter in the film
And me 😅 I was born in Spain and had the Spanish citizenship but when my mother returned to Germany, German state refused to give me the german citizenship because i was the daughter of a stateless person... So I was Spanish until I was 7 years old, became German after that, at the age of 16 Spanish state contacted me offering me the Spanish citizenship and I was so happy for this, but my mother begged me not to give away my German citizenship because she went through a bourocratic nightmare to aquire the German passport for me

The more I listen, the more I think reality is more brutal and cruel than in the movies. If you open TH-cam, people will be able to listen to a lot of interesting stories from you.

@@noeditedkorean thank you for suggesting to start postng myself, but as you see i am mostly struggeling with written English, after posting i usually return to check on my texst's and find so many misspellings... If its ok for you i would stay on your channel practicing my writing skills
If all works out i will start a 'fixing my garden' challenge based on permaculture principles on Instagram by february 2025 but i have to buy and read two books written by the Australian inventor of this gardening method before starting
