We repaired and restored a 22-year old vintage Louis Vuitton Sarah wallet by filling in the cracks, re-stitched both ends and re-glazed the edges. The owner was happy when she saw the final restored wallet. ❤️

It really depends but mostly black & brown. For other colors, you can use the transparent one mixed with acrylic paint.

Thanks for your kind words… The leather paint used for the entire lining is Angelus in Saddle color, dont forget to finish it with Acrylic Finisher… The thread is just normal polyester. Hope this helps you. 😊

@@gepi0 Well, the vintage ones (20+ years) have more corrugated coating on canvas, also thicker and the prints are somehow imprinted beneath… But the new ones are shiny, and the prints are simply on top of the coating, thus, easy to come off. I suggest you find preloved in good condition, also, cheaper than the brand new… Hope this helps you decide. 😊

Yes, you can use Angelus deglazer.
Is there something to do when the printed letters of LV on the canvas fade? Its an original LV wallet 😢

Yes, you must so it wont come off. I used Matte Acrylic Finisher by Angelus too.
What do use for the ends? Is it leather cement ?
Yes, just make sure to dry it out completely.
