i have on the usb debugging but my phone is dead can this procedure works for me

Viewer, if your phone is dead but your usb debugging is on then this procedure can work but with some additional steps.

If phone is locked, how can you on developer option

Firstly, Unlock the phone then go to the phone settings and on the Developer Options. If phone is locked then you can't do this.

On the the Developer Options when you connect your mobile device then firstly go to settings and then About Phone >> phone version tap the phone version 7 times then it will be enabled your developer options. Then go to Additional Settings you can see developer options are appearing then on the required options before launching your device. When developer options are enabled then open Vysor To connect it. Then you can see on Vysor your device will Be showing and then press and launch it. Go to Android Studio and you can see on the top your Phone will Be showing and on Vysor will show your phone screen on Laptop/PC.
