Could I use discharge with a flash cure. Video made it seem I need a large Drying heat cure unit with a air ventilation. Prob crucial info so ur not huffing chemical
I did not really undrestand anything. I keep reaserachign this topic and it's amazing how people don't know how to make an easy to understand how to video then I mean there is so much jargon on here that I have no idea what they are refering to. I was hoping to know what do you call t shirts where you can't feel the design and how do you make them, I think they might have explained these things but I am not sure then .
Hello! Discharge ink works best on 100% cotton, but you can use our heathered styles - the print will just not be as bright. We recommend all of our cvc items such as the 3001cvc and 6400cvc
Discharge ink is a water based ink so it actually removes the dye from the garment and replaces it with the color of the ink. Hope that answers your question!
Hi! Thanks for this video. I have a technical question; i haven’t heat conveyor or any automated drying system, just those things that are around me at home. I know that discharging process takes place as the fabric get dry. Is “industrial drying system” necessary if i use discharge ink raw - so without any pigment/additional plastisol? Or can i get the same result by drying fabric by itself? Thanks
