Cool stuff. Cheap alternatives to most of these exist if you're interested! Like Mosico low volume cymbals at $71 for a full set, fairly well reviewed. The DB1 heads are cool but the tone ring effect (adding back some tone to nearly tone-less mesh heads by adding mass and air resistance) can be well replaced by adding tape to normal mesh heads, in similar rings and/or in the center. The snare head is interesting but if you keep the normal reso head and snares on your snare, you'll get imo a nicer low volume snare sound. Btw I recommend keeping normal reso heads on your toms for low volume tone as well - thin resos activate more with the low volume air vibrations. BFSD products are all very easy to DIY from old drumheads or cloth, plus magnets or gaff tape.
I bought a few of the Rtom black hole practice heads recently. Very good. They are tunable and play just like a real drumhead. They can be taken off the drums with no effort, so it’s easy to switch back and forth between full volume and practice volume when the family is home.
I use silicone pads for shoe sole as a kind of moon gel substitute for dampening which is cheaper and heavier. You can damp it very well, and the glue does not leave stubborn marks on the drumheads.

They're excellent! 100% better than those mouse pad head covers. The feel and sound is spot on. $$ though.
