I always used to brush off the dust with my finger just like you do in this video, then I went to bail school & learned that doing that puts oils back onto the nail plate, which causes lifting. It's hard to get used to(it was for me) but once you get the hang of it it'll get better. However, They look super nice & shaped beautifully! ☺️
Morgan Sharp I have been doing my nails since I was 9 like painting them and then I started nail art and then I tried acrylics I failed but thats because I got the wrong acrylic stuff from eBay but follow your dreams I'm going to start and if you fail don't give up keep trying noones perfect❤ practice makes perfect hun😍

Actually fake nails don't really give much protection. I mean sure when they're on her it'll make her natural nails underneath harder to break and more durable, but when it's time to take it off it, the glue could peal small tiny layers off her natural nails making them thinner and weaker. It's kind of bittersweet in a way

SO: For removal, acrylics are soaked in a solvent designed to soften them so that they can be gently & safely “pushed” or “buffed” away.. if not “Artificial Nail Remover” liquid, acetone is often used (which works too). NEVER peel, pick, or otherwise hack away at them to remove them.. seriously, not a great idea! I’ve got a horror story about a thumbnail with a permanent & very obvious rough canyon-shaped dent/divot right in the centre.. large, too.. directly caused by peeling off the acrylic, despite the fact that it’d already been lifting some of it’s own. Just.. it’s actually serious, ok? Don’t pretend to know this type of shit of you haven’t learned from a reliable source.

Can't get quality nail work like that around here. I like how you made the tips match perfectly with the real nails, everytime I get my nails done, the nail tech puts on tips that are too small.
Nails look great ❤️❤️ but as a professional don’t ever wipe the nail after buffing with your finger it adds oils back into the nail also😁💅🏽 one last thing be careful when buffing the tip into the real nail not to over buff the real nail but love your videos great job ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

There's a reason why we want you to do the correct/proper method. With this method, the chances of the nail coming off wouldn't be much higher, ideally you would put acrylic or gel overlay.
Im 15 years old and ive always liked how Acrylic Nails are done. When i was 13 i would always done my grandmas nails and she said i was really good at it. But i want this to become my dream job.

Torrin Daniko you can use a file with a grt 180 or higher on the natural nail without damaging it as long as you don’t go back and forth with it and instead go in only one direction, preferably downwards for the best prep

Amberleigh Flowers pulling off a fake nail will damage your nail. You're better off to put cuticle oil on your cuticles then soak them in a cotton pad with acetone.
i was doing it wrong the whole time usually cut the ends and make the fake nails the same shape with my real nails lol i feel stupid.. this vid was really helpful btw! thanks.

Rubi you can just put polish on top but it won't be strong and will most likely break. Sometimes if I don't have time I will take a gel polish base coat and put 2 layers of that 2 layers of gel polish color and a gel top coat! Not as strong as builder gel but stronger than just tips! Hope I helped :)

Im just learning new hobbies during quarantine. Quarantine has actually made me find what I’m good at.

You should really use a proper buffer for buffing the nail, not a file ow!! You can damage the nail bed!
