I believe I’ve finally figured out where this is placed in the operetta, Ballsirenen includes several pieces, and it can be heard at the end of the first Act, I think it could be a collection of waltzes from Act I, I don’t know all of the pieces in the Ballsirenen Walzers, but I do know a few in order. It has an introduction which leads into the famous “Merry Widow Waltz” and after that it goes into the waltz that is actually heard partially at the beginning of this rendition. After that waltz one more is played that I don’t know the name of. Afterwards, it goes either “O Vaterland/You’ll Find Me At Maxim’s” and then “Lippen Shweigen which is the piece played 0:13 and onward or vice versa. I also think it could be an introduction to the next act and a preview of the upcoming waltzes in the operetta. It is a bit complicated and I will be updating this comment when I figure out more pieces to make this comment more accurate.
If you find any names of the other pieces in the Ballsirenen, please tell me. Correct me in the replies if I’ve made any mistakes, thank you!

Correct me if I’m mistaken, but I’m almost certain that this piece is actually called Lippen Shweigen, but it shares the part at 0:45 with The Merry Widow Waltz.

The composer is the same and the same melody is used through the operetta "the Merry Widow", like a lietmotiv.. kind of..

So are the two pieces both in the same act? I knew they were both by Franz Lehar, but I don’t know why Lippen Shweigens bridge at 0:45 and the end is the same with the Merry Widow Waltz, are they all the same piece?

This seems to be an overly ornamented version of the famous waltz. I'd prefer the original.

I’m pretty sure they are two separate pieces by Franz Lehar, it could be something like a lietmotiv like SilvioCaroli had said, maybe “The Merry Widow Waltz” is one of the acts in The Merry Widow, and the pieces in that act follow a similar and repeated tune that is the bridge at 0:45

Whatever it is it's not what Franz Lehar wrote.

Heerlijk weer het heerlijke pianospel van Silvio. We hebben regelmatig contact en hebben het over zijn en mijn muziek en zijn arrangementen. Hij heeft er wat voor mij bewerkt. Ook een geweldig piano docent en componist.

It took a while for the pianist to get to the melody of the Merry Widow Waltz. Can you play a version with less ornamentation please so we can hear the music actually composed by Franz Lehar?

This piece is actually called Lippen Shweigen, or at least I’m almost certain that it is. As I had said in the reply’s of my comment below yours, I believe it is all part of one act called “The Merry Widow Waltz” in the operetta, and all of the pieces in the act share the bridge at 0:45, you can search up Lippen Shweigen and find pieces very similar to this, with a few minor changes.

@silva777 As I explained in the video description box, this arrangement was inspired by Douglas Gamley's orchestral version. I tried to be loyal and faithful to that version and to do my best to capture all the elements in a piano version. The part you listen to at the beginning before the melody is the INTRO of the Gamley's arrangement. I am very sorry that I disappointed your expectations. I am sure you will find so many videos on TH-cam that could meet your taste and your needs.
