This music is incredibly beautiful, it takes you into another dimension where there is only joy and happiness. Franz Lehar is the greatest composer. In my opinion, he is beyond compare. His song Eva is my favorite, it is so sad and beautiful at the same time. And Andy does a beautiful job, he is the type of pianist that can merge with the instrument and become one with it. An incredibly talented player. Thanks for your performance today and keep delighting us with your playing.

Auch ich kann mich all den Glückwünschen nur anschließen wunderschönes Klavierspiel herrliche Melodien es hat mich eine halbe Nacht wach gehalten all die schönen Melodien zu hören un dem Klavierspiel zu lauschen man sieht und hört es wird mit viel Herz und Leidenschaft gespielt wunderschön herzlichen Dank besonders in dieser Corona Zeit sehr sehr wertvoll so schöne Musik ist einfach Balsam für die Seele einfach grossartig danke,.

Lieber Andy, gerade höre ich wieder einmal Dein einmalig schön gespieltes Lehar Potpourrie, das mich sofort in ein Stimmungshoch katapultiert. Ich habe Dir schon viele Komplimente gemacht, die alle aus tiefer Überzeugung gekommen sind. Doch hier muss ich erneut sagen, dass diese Kompilation mit zu dem BESTEN gehört, was Du jemals für uns gespielt hast. DAS ist Lehár! SO muss er klingen! SO muss er uns berühren! So muss er uns das musikalische Herz in Verzückung bringen. Ich höre Dir zu und träume. Ich fühle jede Note, die mit der Seele schwingt. So wie DU muss man es spielen. Und dann
lächelt auch der große Meister vom Himmel. Ob er es ist, der Deine Finger führt?
ich danke dir vielmals für die netten worte. es freut mich natürlich sehr, wenn es gefällt. obschon ich mit dieser compilation nie so richtig zufrieden war. zuviele unsauberkeiten und fehltöne. aber fehler gehören ja irgendwie immer dazu :-) herzliche grüsse aus der schweiz.
Lieber Andi, bei über 11 Minuten Spieldauer kann man hie und da schon mal einen Ton unsauber treffen, was ich höre, aber auch gleich wieder überhören kann, denn mir kommt es auf die Gesamtinterpretation dieser Lehár compilation an und nicht auf die 100%ige Korrektheit der Noten. Was nützt im Umkehrsinn eine total einwandfreie Tonfolge, wenn die Melodik und der Rhythmus nicht im Sinne vom Meister dargeboten wird. Nein, nein. Hier spielst Du Deinen (und meinen) Lehár mit einer solchen Passion und Brillianz, mit einer derartigen Leichtigkeit und Schönheit, dass es mir das Herz rührt. Nur das zählt. SO muss Lehár klingen. Und bei Dir klingt er einfach nur göttlich. Dafür umarme ich Dich. Immer wieder. Werner

Dear Andy, what a joy to listen to your beautiful musical talent. Sometimes I got the feeling you do live in the wrong century (but thank God you do live today !). You play
Lehàr with such a Viennese charme and passion, with such an inner love and joy. I also adore Lehár and got 22 complete operettas he wrote. Unfortunately a few of his works aren't available on CD yet. I started as young boy to listen to my parents' operetta records and was fascinated by DAS LAND DES LÄCHELNS, DERF GRAF VON LUXCEMBURG, DIE LUSTIGE WITWE, FRIEDERIKE, PAGANINI, GIUDITTA and many more. Meanwhile I do have an almost favourite operetta which isn't that well known but a jewel of best Lehár music: DAS FÜRSTENKIND. I am in love with it.
When I am not in a good mood and listen to your piano playing then I feel instantly better. You really can touch my soul. Thank you so much. Long live Lehár! His genius is forever. Best regards- teddy

You should be happy-really. You play very well and what you're playing makes for very nice listening. You've got a really nice youtube site. Lots of other good comments on here agree. It's good to know good music is still appreciated and there's just nothing quite like a good waltz or two or more.

:-) yes, you are right. i always add some extra notes ant elements, that i think sound good and fit in.
