    Wonderful tips. I’m 71, and this was the way I was raised. The table was set for every meal, we all ate together, and we never ate fast food. We had great conversations, we connected with one another. And, none of us ever had a weight problem. BTW, I miss your cooking show! I’m sure you’ve heard that ad nauseam. :)

    It sounds so simple to 'set the table'. The nourishment that will fill our body should be expanded to include our sense of well being! I agree Laura~ thank you!

    Very nice Laura. My wife and I always set our table. Pretty much Always light a fire. It's always a romantic setting that we set. Thank you for your tips🤗😊😉
