1 cup almond milk, 1 cup water, 3/4 cup of vanilla greek yogurt 2 scoops of cocoa pebbles. 68 grams of protein. In the mornings I use quest iced coffee instead of water.

It also has glutamine which is good for muscle retention when on a cut. Isopure unflavored is good if you want even cleaner macros.

@@taelend5301 you get glutamine through carbs. This is just marketing. If you use it as a post Workout shake and want to save some money, change it for an isolate and just eat a banana with it post Workout. Same effect. Some pro athletes even eat gummy bears cause it essentially also gives them fast carbs after an intense workout. Most Whey proteins already contain carbs, either as sugar or other added substances. That's essentially why it takes longer for your body to "digest" conventional whey (1h-1,5h normally). But you get "everything" in one scoop so to say. If you need a fast protein and fast carbs - that's where the isolate and the banana really shine. Your body can "absorb" the proteins from the isolate much faster (depending on the purity of the isolate between 15m - 30m) and the banana gets also digested pretty fast and contains simple carbs.

Good brand, I have been using it for a while.
I hate to hear a Nutrition Coach recommend plant based milk. Whole raw milk is the way to go.

same, made me cringe when she said "you can also use it with almond "milk"" and didn't mention real milk 😂

that was the first protein i bought and unfortunately i can´t digest that sh**, even tho it says "Hydrolyzed" idk it´s like to much for me i think:/

Hydrolyzed whey is a huge waste of money! Only exceptions are when you have rare conditions in which you can only digest hydrolyzed whey or you're a pro and need the single digit percentage increase in effectiveness of your nutrition to be able to compete with other pros. If you're an average gym dweller just buy regular whey, pay attention to your caloric needs and you're good to go. If you have average digestive problems or you're an advanced lifter, invest some more and buy an isolate. Fixes the digestive issues for most folks and the advanced lifters benefit from higher protein contents. And it doesn't cost near as much as hydrolyzed whey - also does not taste like shit, cause the hydrolyzed whey tastes way worse than normal whey or an isolate.
Also, if you're low on funds and need an isolate look into some vegan options. Soy protein isolate is a very good alternative! It's not as expensive as conventional isolate but works the same. It has 99/100 digestive score on the scientific digestive chart (I forgot what it's called). Only caveat, soy isolate sometimes does not taste as great, but so does hydrolyzed whey also.
At last I really laughed out loud at the "reasonably priced" statement 😂
I live in Germany and ISO 100 costs around ~35€ per KG here. (Why does it even cost so much? It's not even pure hydrolyzed whey! It's 49% hydrolized whey and rest is whey Isolate!) A decent soy protein isolate costs around ~10€ per KG (eg. MyProtein/MyVegan) and it also contains 25g of protein per scoop. Draw your own conclusions folks...

Idk I feel like if I'm doing 2-3 scoops a day my stomach feels better, but I'm still on my first tub of hydro. I usually just buy unflavored bulk bags of whey or pea protein on the cheap. I recently learned that soy protein gets absorbed very well in comparison to other plant proteins, so I'll have to give it a try.

@@taelend5301 I feel ya. I'm lactose intolerant myself. Try an isolate. Fixed the bloatedness at least for me. And if that does not help, try a soy protein isolate. Nearly every manufacturer sells small 25g - 30g "try it" baggies. Try it out :)

Concentrate gives me a rash/acne and tears my stomach up. 2mo on Dymatize I rarely even get gas from it. If I do it's short lived. I switched from plant based because I wasn't satisfied with the amino profile and I will never look back. I'll be 40 in a few weeks and I am packing on mass with this stuff (I use other supps, HMB and creatine play a part) and could care less about taste, but will say the chocolate peanut butter cuts out the bitter hydrolyzed taste. Its delicious in whole milk and a scoop of 'natural' PB.

What a rip off this is.
A 23.2 oz container is filled only 4 inches and the container is almost 9 inches that's 3 3/4 inch empty your only wasting money 👎
