I always felt that Wolf had a mysterious tone to it: with the melodies often being lifted but dark in nature, leaving you feeling like your floating through a black and white detective movie. And this is one of the first sounds we hear in this album with Sir baudelaire. so I always subconsciously combined this album with Wolf. I never realized just how many times Cmiygl mentions or references Wolf outside of the tone.

Love this analysis, I’d say the only thing I don’t agree with is this somehow taking place during Flower Boy’s era and leading into Igor, it doesn’t really make sense timeline wise, and he’s talking about a girl here not a man- Which wouldn’t make sense to cover up, if this was from flower boys era. I’d say maybe it’s more of a sequel or Prequal to Flower Boy, but still after Igor, since he’s still confidently talking about his bisexuality.
Does the song CORSO on Call me if you get lost has to do with the wolf trilogy, like the lyric: she still thinking of me cause I'm that perfect, and this lyric: better send this to my ego cause this shit hurts , I think because in the description it said direct by wolf haley, and in the album Tyler mentions is old work and new ego Tyler Baudelaire
