I just create an excel spreadsheet that I enter all expenses on it. I do my own because I can customize it with the categories I want. Office, Resale, Supplies etc. Then I simply attach the receipts to that spreadsheet. Easy peasy.

Really wish you got to the point of the video sooner. It's a 15-minute "how to" video that tells you at the end to just use an accounting program for your book keeping.

Great video but the little video clips are distracting and annoying in a professional video. They work well in some videos, but not this type of video.
Thanks for the video. Just one viewer's perspective... Your videos have some good content, but all the wierd pop-ups and video clip-its, etc... are very distracting and hurt your overal delivery. I know taxes can be a little boaring to a lot of viewers, but there is just too much going on visually in your videos. Also, I know making these videos must take alot longer to produce becuase of all the distracting, unnessesary content injected into them. If that time was spent on true to the point content instead, I think your videos would be all the better and provide alot more value to you viewers.

So is the “first” year from the date you got an EIN number or from date of initial income what actual year is considered your “first” year.
