This has helped tremendously! I was afraid of QB’s buy now I’m ready to tackle our business finances. One question, should Owner’s draws be added to the Chart Of Accounts? This will show the owners monthly income for personal things (mortgages, auto loans, etc) correct?

Im a Filipino aspiring Virtual assistant (no experience working remotely) with a niche in bookkeeping and educational background in accounting.
I have Quickbook and Xero Proadvisor certificate and also other workshop certificates that I attended .
But since I still dont have experience working with actual clients and hands on in QBO,I am still not that confident with my skills,

thank you for great video. How I can add up prior years receipts and transactions in chart of expenses. I have hard copies of bank transactions and expenses receipts..Please help..I need to give expenses details it to my accountant.
I have a venmo account for business credit/debits which is not linked to QB. Currently when I reconcile I use the bank statement which does not include the venmo transactions. Although the venmo debit/credits are added to QB via transfers which distorts the ending balance. What is the recommended process for incorporating venmo into QB?

Add a note to the memo in your Quickbooks. This transaction would be like a loan in your business account. In your personal account, you should classify it as Business. It's tough to keep all this clean.
Moving forward it is better to make a deposit into your business account (keeping record of it) from your personal. Then spend only from the business account for your business transactions. Does this make sense? Hope so. 🙌🏾

I have a business Account now with good amount of deposit but the business transactions that I made and was taking about was registering for the LLC , paying for the domain name and other others before I could even open a business account

Somewhat. Only when you set up the chart of accounts. It gives a brief description of what type of transactions would go into that account.
