Here during blm riots a mass of people blocked a main thru way. A lorry hauling fuel slowly drove through the line. Slow enough so people could move out of the way. The driver was arrested and charged with crime. End up serving time in jail.

Actually it is. Pedestrians generally have the right of way unless they are breaking the law.

@@BDJ7002 They are impeding traffic and infringing on your constitutional right to travel freely. It is their own fault if they get ran over. Even very small children know not to stand or sit in roads.

If you want to argue that people should be allowed to run over protesters with no consequences, that’s a completely different conversation. And would also be a fucked up position to take.
