Hi Richard, I'm living in Portugal and doing up an old farmhouse. I'm insecure about taking the first step and starting a TH-cam channel too, although I would love to... so I really appreciate your honesty about how it feels to jump into the deep end 😄. I love the rambling because it lends authenticity and character to the footage and yourself. It's great to be able to relate to the speaker as a friend and not merely as a narrator. I will be following! Good luck!
Hi Helena, lovely to hear from you. There are a few great channels from people in Portugal that have inspired me. It looks lovely there. I will be an early subscriber when you do start up. Go for it I say! Hope it all goes well and the DIY side is not too stresful!
Hi Helena, I second the call for you to jump in and start a channel. I love watching them and while the polished ones are enjoyable, the ones that are less so can be just as good I reckon. So I look forward to seeing your farmhouse in Portugal!

@@threeacresofmarche etc: Last house I put in a pellet stove, 1 sack a day and you could come and go all day and it would still be warming everything as opposed to wood which goes out and then you come home to a cold house if you don't keep stuffing it, also duel combustion wood stoves are expensive in Italy and you have to go up north to even find them. Downside, every year the price goes up on pellets! But I heard you could also use dry corn and as he mentioned, other types of fuel that may be cheaper or perhaps invest in a chipper if you have a lot of scrub and trimmings on your own land. Hope I'm not intruding, just passing on things that I've learned over the years the hard way. 🙃 All the best on this new adventure! 🙂
Thank you for the tips. Not intruding at all. I appreciate you taking the time to help. I've a lot to learn and figure out. Luckily is a small house that warms quickly.
Hi, I'm Italian, well, if you like wine you're in the right place, but you've probably already noticed it... 😄. My parents live in the Marche, 100 miles south of Corinaldo but the landscape and lifestyle are the same. I can say that you have chosen one of the most beautiful Italian regions, you live in a superb location, a short distance from wonderful mountains and excellent beaches. Welcome to Italy, I wish you the best.
Enjoyed the video, think you are covering the bases where most people’s interests are. Personally interested in Italy and keen to learn about the region as I have yet to visit the area. Looking forward to the DIY/ renovation detail, and your plans going forward. Keep up the hard work, looking forward to the next video.
Thank you. The old footage should cover a lot of this but please do keep commenting to let me know what to cover when I get things more up to date. Marche is wonderful - I hope I do it justice.
Hi, Richard. You are a great man and I am 100% sure that you will make a paradise out of this amazing place where you and your family will spend the happiest and most carefree time. Good luck!!!
So, dropped on the channel earlier today, thumbed up, commented and subscribed after third randomly chosen vlog, now decided I sbould really start at the beginning, so here I am, expect more thumbs up as I continue tomorrow. Thnx for sharing... Oh and don't worry, trust me, you get better,,, LOL sorry couldn't help myself.
Hi Richard (I'm a Richard too) - I watched your second video first and, as I said in that one, for a guy who apparently doesn't know what he's doing with TH-cam, you sure make a smooth video. Great intro, and funny too. Now I understand that this is a part-time project for you I expect you will not have animals (yet) so my idea of sheep goes completely out the window. In any event, it all looks super and I reckon you'll have an excellent time with it.
Thanks Richard. The lifestyle there is superb. I hope to show some of that dripped through the videos also. It is not all DIY 24/7, there needs to be time to enjoy the place also.😎
Have done the same 20 years ago, bit further south in Abruzzo. Stunning countryside, friendly people, great food, nightmare bureaucracy - looking forward to spending more time there once I solve this working grind….best of luck and open to share if any advice needed.
I hear you on the working grind part. This could be my exit stragegy! I will keep you posted.🤞 PS - I looked and nearly bought in Abruzzo. Stunning region. Only thing for me was it was too hilly if I want to go out cycling often, which I do. 😂
Hi Richard, welcome to Italy! I'm originally from Lancashire but been living in Italy forever, and currently live a bit further north on the coast in Romagna. I adore Italy, have travelled more or less everywhere, from north to south, but I have to say that Le Marche is one the most beautiful, unspoilt regions of Italy. As it's only an hour's drive I go often in the warmer months and know your area very well. Stunning. Look forward to watching your progress.
Ciao Richard, congratulations on a very courageous step. I am German, living in southern Bavaria and often travel to Italy, it is the country that touches my heart and soul. That's why I can understand your decision. One piece of advice: I don't know if and how well you speak Italian. If you don't, learn the language - it's the key to the country and its people. Be sure that I will continue to follow your progress on your channel. All the best, Peter.
Hi @peterborchers410 . I love Bavaria - that looks an amazing place to live! Yes, you are right about the language. I am progressing but am struggling to be honest. It is the hardest part of all this for me....but I will keep going and trying. Thanks for saying hello.
Hi Richard, I love watching content of people working with theirs hands, helps me wind down. I'd love to see you transform the place, maybe learn something along the way. This isn't the first of your videos I've seen and I think you're off to a good start. So thanks for having us and good luck with everything!
@@threeacresofmarche I’m a devoted fan of Martijn Doorland and his meticulous planning and work. Dutch precision in action I didn’t think I’d get into any other TH-camrs , but I have to say I’m absolutely hooked. I think you demonstrate the true meaning of FAIL, First Attempt In Learning at times. I admire the way you just get in there and have a go. Plus the laughs and smiles. Pushing the stove with your feet skidding, you and your mate trying to bring down that pesky length of lumber I guess what you’re sharing with us is , we can all achieve this way of life if we’re willing to just try and keep it light. My favourite saying, beautiful weather, good food and a bottle of wine. Perfect way to end even the hardest of days. Thanks Elaine 🇦🇺
Hi from Canada. I see you trimming in deep grass with shoes on. Are there snakes or any nasty creatures there? Oh you just mentioned a snake and rats. Yikes! Never seen a rat. I really appreciate all the information you have been giving about how to find a place. I’m taking it to heart and searching on line. I appreciated hearing all the things you considered in your journey. How fun it would be to work on your dream property. I enjoy watching you work as I sit in my recliner and dream of the day when it finally stops snowing. Mar 22 and it snowed all day. I think you made a fantastic choice on property. Incredible views and close to the sea. Thanks for all the information. I find it very useful and your videos are entertaining as well.
Intro’s are always good. Straight forward and simple works. Richard this should be fun for the first 90 days then who the fuck knows. Just keep at it and get it done.
Thanks for the tip! I need tp up my language skills but luckily the locals are very patient when I try my best. Learning the language has been the hardest part for me, so far.
I live in the US Houston Texas speciffically.I dream every day of moving to Italy. Abrutzzo actually. It's fun to hear from someone who actually likes the experiance. I don't think I'd want to be that isolated as you seem to be.I think I'd like to be sort of on the edge of town so I could work in my workshop without bothering people too much. But I'm going to watach your site and follow your adventures. thanks for posting. v
That sounds like a good plan @wayneevans5050 . My life in England is quite hectic so having the silence and space is wonderful for me at the moment. I get the near town need - great for popping in for a lovely coffee and cake at breakfast.👍
Hey Richard, This is fantastic content! From Australia and been interested in the cheap rural properties in Italy for a while to renovate myself just like your doing. Would love a video on the process of buying it, how you found the property and purchasing without living in Italy. Thanks and good luck!
Hi @nvk7590 . A few have asked for this so I will make a separate video covering these sort of questis for those interested in more detail. There are some bargains and I looked at a whole range of properties so hopefully you will find some of that helpful. Thank you for watching.
Well done. 👍 Looking forward to more and watching your journey. Definitely interested in why you choose Italy over Portugal. Both are wonderful places with their pros and cons.
hi Richard, so glad I found your channel! I have been looking at the Marche area for a while to make my new home there. Canada, specifically Nova Scotia has VERY long winters and a new adventure is needed. I will watch with anticipation how you will transform this beautiful piece of land. all the best, God bless! The rambling is very charming and makes it totally authentic! 😊
I have to laugh because you're just too funny...nice to see and hear the realism. I love watching these TH-cam videos and love the scenery because I'll never get to travel out of America so this is my travel. Keep the side comments in, they are funny along with the facial expressions..keeps it real. I'll catch up on all the videos you've posted. Claudie/Texas
Hello @claudieschmidt2353 . Thank you for the lovely feedback. Glad you're enjoying it and hope to show you a lot more of the area throug the rest of the videos.🙌
Hi Richard, liked the video. Brought back memories, seems we have a lot in common. I moved to the Marche as a child from Manchester (actually Bury, but nobody knows where that is like Bramhall..so I just say Manchester like you🤣) I used to live in a little place near yours called Castelferretti,it's in the comune of Falconara Marittima. I do hope to follow in your footsteps one day and find a place down there to go back...looks like you got yourself a nice spot, looking forward to see how it works out for you before i do! Good luck
@threeacresofmarche no worries, I'm going back down in the summer for a little brexit break myself with my lad to see a few friends, might pop by Corinaldo. Found out tonight after watching your video and searching Corinaldo that according to Wikipedia a good friend of mine is actually your Mayor now! 🤣
Don’t normally comment here, but found out story’s very similar 😅 also living in Uk with a teenage kid, and bought a off the grid property abroad over 2 years ago, been doing everything on my own, every few time I have. But not very good filming and editing so finding hard starting my TH-cam Chanel. So well done you 👏 congratulations. Will keep a eye on your journey 😊
Hi @aquietmind1 I understand. The editing and storytelling is really hard. It took me ages to jump in. Go for it I say. Good luck with it all and share your channel when you start it up!👍
I envy you. Not for the work ahead of course. 😉 But it looks like it can become a very nice place to live. I will follow you and watch where you get with this. All the best from Germany.
Hi Richard, good name btw! Subscribed as I want to follow your journey, France would be my first choice as a destination but I like your honest, no frills approach to YT! It looks a beautiful unspoilt area. Looking forward to seeing you transform your property and land, the problems you will undoubtedly encounter but also the triumphs! Good luck on your journey 👍
Great name ! @richardbrighton3381 France is a hot spot that many fall in love with so hard to argue with that one. I enjoy stopping off in various places through France and Germany as I travel back and forth so feel lucky that I am getting to see so much of Europe. Thanks for subscribing. Best wishes.
Hello @leighevans1489 - a good ramble is coming ( I just edited a video and decided to keep a good ramble in as people seem to appreciate that talking to camera is not easy and awkwardly funny !)😂👍
That was a great intro!!! You had me 2 minutes in! You are a storyteller and a good one, I know it!! Looking forward to your Italien I buy a house adventure! Greetings from Alaska. Moved here 13 years ago.
Good to hear an opinion from a guy who has travelled all over the country. Would love to check out that area. Being older, I would want to search for mostly finished property or an apartment near city center. Will do some research. Thanks!
Hi @jodiehebert8285 . Le Marche is worth exploring before you decide on your location. There are plenty of towns and villages with fantastic finished places to choose from. Good luck with your search.👍
Hi Richard! nice to meet you. You're living the dream, for sure. My husband and I regularly share listings for properties in France and Italy with each other, but it's merely a fantasy right now. I'd love to know why you chose Italy, specifically? Also, is the 90 day max for the entire year or per visit? I'm looking forward to hearing more about your journey from the comfort of my home in Toronto Canada. Keep sharing! Also, would love to see photos of the place inside, as well as any costs you're willing to share. BTW, the drone footage is lovely. Cheers!
There is a quick tour of the house on my next video and hope to cover why I chose Italy through future videos. I will cover costs and the challenges as I go for sure. There is so much to cover! I hope I can help inspire some to turn the fantasy to reality, regardless which country you end up choosing. Thanks for watching and saying hello from Canada! PS - The 90 day rule is per 180 days. The 180 day window is rolling so I have to keep track of when I go and when I leave etc. In theory you can spend a lot of time there but with the border checks you need to keep track. I had well over 100 days in Italy last year with no problems. To note - this is for me as a Brit - I do not know what visa restrictions you would have from Canada sorry.
Ciao Richard, first of all, you’re are doing great job, and thanks for sharing. We are in search of something similar. We live in UK too :) may I ask you if you’ve used an estate agency for your search, or a website. Could you please share it. MAny Thanks
Hello @OnTheFlipSide . Thank you! 😂 Sounds like you have a few nice adventure / research trips to get on. I don't know much about PT but see lots of great channels on here that could help you. I lived and worked in Spain for a few years in my late 20s and loved it there....but then....after all that, I travelled aroud Italy. Good luck with your plans. Spoilt for choice, which is nice.
Hi Richard.......I am so envious. I too dream of buying somewhere in Le Marche.....probably nearer to Senigallia where my family originate (I live in Brighton and so seaside living is a bit of a must for me!). I really have no excuse not to take 'the plunge', especially like you I have two older teenagers and benefit from an Italian passport which sadly I don't use that much. Corinaldo is a great place. Will def continue to watch your vids. Good luck with everything. Dario Saracini
Great intro - look forward to more. Watched the other one. Stunning countryside. Been to Italy a bunch not this region though. How did you find the house? From real-estate sites or in person?
Hi, thanks for saying hello. I found it with an agent but the house was not on the market. It took time to find a good agent who knew what I was looking for and then the house popped up for sale. I will cover this in future videos as the search process can be tricky. With the right agent there is a way through.
Subscribed! I am an Italian living in London but love these videos. Also I am from the Alps but I do agree that Marche is the best region in Italy, it has a bit if everything ! Plus my grandfather is from Senigallia so I am bit biased ahah ciao Richard!
@@threeacresofmarche yes for sure just don’t know when 😂my gf and I work in finance so London is unbeatable career wise. Just need to figure out what we would do back home (We would only go back to my home town, not to Milan where all the finance jobs are). Good luck with your project!
Hello @federico4331 Best zen attitude - I think I need to make that into a t-shirt.😂You are right. Beautiful but complex. It is all fun after you've slept on the latest curveball of change in the rules.
Hello, Richard. Glad to have stumbled onto your videos. Congratulations on the purchase and the adventure. I’m a year and a half into one quite similar and just down the road in Arcevia. Should you want to share experiences, challenges, and the occasional solutions, please reach out. All the best! Michael
Just stumbled on yr channel and looking forward to your vids. FYI for those of us watching on our phones the font size of your comments causes a wee squint! Edit - I think you sorted by next vid 😀
Hi @jennichristie5264 sorry about that. The majority watch on desktop or TV and trying to get a font that suits all is really difficult. I will do some more research and try get it right. Thanks for the feedback. See what you think of the latest video as I am trying a few out. 👍
Hey the mate I like what you are doing. Can you please tell us the process of buying in Italy? I would love to know how hard or easy it is? All the way from New Zealand it looks amazing good on you 😊
Hello @Dw-et7dw - buying, once you find a place you like is simple. The search is tricky, espcially if you are coming from NZ. I hope to cover more as I go and who knows, if this thing flies and I can spend more time in Italy then I could look at really helping those seriously looking. Thanks for watching and saying hello.
Just discovered your channel, love your no nonsense style and videos great so far. Wanting to do the same one day soon so interested to follow your journey
Hello @EA-dd6go I will show the work as I and cover the questions I get if I can. I will explain the process and how it worked for me with the taxes and paperwork etc but if you have any specific question please let me know and I will try help.
Hello Richard! Would be interesting to see a video about how and where did you find the property (online?) and how long was the process from finding the property to “moving in”. Also why Marche? Anyway congrats on getting a nice place in one of the most amazing countries in the world!
Hello @crmnl7 I have a few videos to get out and am looking to squeeze some new content covering these sort of questions in. The feedback on what people what to see, hear or learn has been great so thank you for taking the time. I will do my best to share exactly how it all happened for me.
Hello @marcuspatrick8931 The search...a few years over many trips. The buying - very quick - a matter of 8 to 12 weeks (I bought over the holiday period so that could be much quicker). Geometra - yes - you have to have one. Italian....a fair amount but I have a long way to go but am learning. I will put the detail behind these questions in a few videos over the coming weeks.👍
First I have seen of Marche ! I follow a chap (not useless yet) renovating in Italy, a couple in Piedmonte and several channels selling property in molise / abruzzo where I had been expecting to start our property hunt for a holiday bolthole. Interested to hear why Marche ? Looks lovely - love the intro
Hi @traceyjohnson-brown4474 I nearly bought in Abruzzo. I love it there. Only thing for me personally was where I likes was very hilly and I do like to go out cycling. Otherwise, it was a really close contender. South Marche is similar. To be honest, there are so many stunning places to choose from I don't think you can go wrong. Thank you for watching and saying hello.
@@threeacresofmarche is their good skiing accessible from Marche ? I thought Abruzzo would get good use with both summer and winter holiday attractions for my family (all love to ski) but the countryside around your place looks wonderful for an old bird like me who doesn’t appreciate v steep hills / too many steps from your parking to your townhouse :( Also does the 90 day thing with 3 acres concern you ? Will you find someone to brushcut regularly or will you expect to work a lot on the land in every visit ? Sorry so many questions as I had mentally ruled out countryside with land until I saw your place ! I love to potter in the garden but am slightly intimidated by 3 acres to manage !
@@tracey4474 There is good skiing but I have not tried it yet. It may not be the 'go for a week' type of place like the Alps and Dolomites but it is supposed to be great. I don't think I can get up there this year for skiing but will go next year and be sure to pop a 5 minute of lifestyle in between the renovation project. 😎
Thank you. I believe so, yes. There is plenty of wheat and rapeseed grown as well as the olives etc. Some small plots of various fruits and there are plenty of vinyards. Lots of farming around where I am. I don't see any livestock though.
Hey Richard, just stumbled on your channel here in California. Like you, I love Italy and have heard alot about Le Marche . Can you talk to us about the house/ property buying process there as a foreigner , what it involves and any helpful hints that you wish you had known . Are there a lot of properties with land available ? Were there provisions in the purchase that you had to bring the house up to code within a certain time frame etc ? Are you allowed to farm/ carry on agriculture there ? How easy is it for one to navigate etc process without being fluent in Italian ? Does the area qualify for the 7% Tax incentive if one were to move there as a foreigner / retire ? I know many homes too were damaged in the earthquake a few years back. Does yours qualify for any grants from the state ? Look forward to following your journey.
Hi @andrewveitch8515 - all great questions and quite a few are asking the very same. I will cover this once I catch up on a few of these early days videos. But, and to give you a positive until then, I think it is very easy once you figure out what and where you are looking. The agents are very helpful when they know you are serious. I will explain a lot more when I get the chance. Thanks for watching and saying hello.
hi richard! congrats you are doing this and even you might face a lot of work. i‘m confinced a great place will grow. what kind of work you are doing, you mentionded in a sentence you do „home office“ greetings from austria
Good olde TH-cam algorithm introduced your channel to me Richard. This is the 2nd video of yours I’ve just viewed and I must say I like your presenting / editing style...sincere, personal, information and well put together. I watch other similar channels to yours, of folks who have relocated (full / part time) out of wet, broken, overpopulated, rip off U.K. to less populated per area, warmer dense counties in Europe. I’m 51 years old, self employed with trade skills and I’m looking to do something similar. Interested to know what line of business you’re in? You mention in another video you work from home in Italy sometimes? Can’t you gain Italian residency now you’ve bought property? This 90/180 days rule is probably the worse negotiation I’ve ever come across in my entire life!! Regardless of one’s views on Brexit. Cheers, Jonathan
Hi @j..w443 . I am 50 so similar timing. I work for a software company and have been on a work from home contract for decades. You can gain residency with or without a property. You need an address and stability etc. The 90 day rule is ok for now as I am back and forth so much. I will look at the digital nomad visa as I am not sure about the tax implications on the residency part while I am working for a UK company. Time will tell and I will share what I learn as I go.
Could you make the captioning/subtitles/transcripts (?) slightly larger and in an easier to read font? Otherwise, all good, stunning place, looks like this could be a fun watch 😊
Hello! Yes I do but the timing to do that evolves around family and work. The dream is to retire in the sunshine....I have just started my exit strategy early.😂

Thank you. The old footage should cover a lot of this but please do keep commenting to let me know what to cover when I get things more up to date. Marche is wonderful - I hope I do it justice.
Epic. I wish I'd done this when I was younger & in better health. Looking forward to seeing what you do with the property.
Hello @thebrowns1017 Thank you for saying hello. Hope you are well.
Keep going. I like it. More rambling 😂
😂 Thank you!
I've just had your channel come up on my feeds - perfect for winter viewing in Australia (raining/stormy and just plain cold outside!!)
The next few vidoes will be red hot mid summer blue sky video that should get you ready for your summer.😎🙌
Hi, Richard. You are a great man and I am 100% sure that you will make a paradise out of this amazing place where you and your family will spend the happiest and most carefree time. Good luck!!!
That's lovely. I do hope so. Thank you @sadolbalo😊
😂 thanks. Lock in...it is a long watch but thanks for sticking with it all.
It is not all DIY 24/7, there needs to be time to enjoy the place also.😎
Hi Richard, what a lovely property you found, just the perfect size! Looking forward to more, but don't stress yourself, it all should be fun 🍷🙂
Thank you @annettepferrer8550 . Some days it feels that managing the field part is my biggest headache! It needs landscaping asap! 😂
I will keep you posted.🤞
PS - I looked and nearly bought in Abruzzo. Stunning region. Only thing for me was it was too hilly if I want to go out cycling often, which I do. 😂
Hi Richard. Looking forward to following your journey. Looks like its going to be fun.
Hi. Thank you.
Just take your time and keep a smile on your face...even when things go wrong.
😂 Thank you. Lots of things go wrong on this grand plan....wine helps.
Binge watching begins 👍👍
Hi @pollatso🙌
Wishing you much luck in all your future endeavors ❤
Thank you so much!!
Hi @christinecoates2499 great to hear. I have visit many places but have so muchof Italy to still explore.😊
Hi Richard, I just found your channel. Love it. Keep up the rambling!
Loving this all the way from Australia!
Hello Australia! Thank you. 😊
I am Italian and Brexit was the best thing but was never done.I wish for Italexit.
Your intro has me hooked. Subscribed (from Canada where it’s currently -38c)
Thank you for stoppy by. I hope it warms up for you soon!
Hi Richard, I love watching content of people working with theirs hands, helps me wind down. I'd love to see you transform the place, maybe learn something along the way.
This isn't the first of your videos I've seen and I think you're off to a good start. So thanks for having us and good luck with everything!
Hello @Puddyput Thank you for taking the time to watch them all and say hello.
Ok you’ve caught my interest. I’ve some catching up to do. You’re right, it’s a beautiful place. Australian 🇦🇺
Thanks for watching form the start!🙌
@@threeacresofmarche I’m a devoted fan of Martijn Doorland and his meticulous planning and work. Dutch precision in action
I didn’t think I’d get into any other TH-camrs , but I have to say I’m absolutely hooked. I think you demonstrate the true meaning of FAIL, First Attempt In Learning at times.
I admire the way you just get in there and have a go. Plus the laughs and smiles. Pushing the stove with your feet skidding, you and your mate trying to bring down that pesky length of lumber
I guess what you’re sharing with us is , we can all achieve this way of life if we’re willing to just try and keep it light. My favourite saying, beautiful weather, good food and a bottle of wine. Perfect way to end even the hardest of days. Thanks Elaine 🇦🇺
That is a really nice message. Thank you @elaineayres1989 . YES - anybody can do this, or anything, if they just keep going.😊
Hi welcome to Corinaldo🎉🎉🎉 we are from Munich Germany and also bought a house near Corinaldo a few years ago
HELLO! Thank you for the welcome! It would be great to say hello and have a ooffee nearby.😊
That would be great - currently we are in munich but when we return we could meet for a coffee in Corinaldo.
That would be great. Are you on any social media - it might be easier to conact eachother on there. I am on Instagram richard.nash.it if that helps.
Thank you @pinknosechronicles . While it is fun....it has its moment!😂
Intro’s are always good. Straight forward and simple works. Richard this should be fun for the first 90 days then who the fuck knows. Just keep at it and get it done.
It is a can of worms that is very open and will now never close. What a journey!😂
Great choice on Le Marche. There are some great Italian tutors in Camerano if you plan to learn the language
Thanks for the tip! I need tp up my language skills but luckily the locals are very patient when I try my best. Learning the language has been the hardest part for me, so far.

That sounds like a good plan @wayneevans5050 . My life in England is quite hectic so having the silence and space is wonderful for me at the moment. I get the near town need - great for popping in for a lovely coffee and cake at breakfast.👍
Hey Richard,
This is fantastic content!
Loved your sky pics!! beautiful
Thank you @juliegoodison7476
Well done. 👍 Looking forward to more and watching your journey.
Definitely interested in why you choose Italy over Portugal. Both are wonderful places with their pros and cons.
Both are wonderful but having The Dolomites up top was a pull for me.
@@threeacresofmarche Sorry what are Dolomites?
The Dolomites are the mountain range between Italy and Austria. They are a World Heritage region. Well worth exploring if you ever get the chance.

hi Richard, so glad I found your channel! I have been looking at the Marche area for a while to make my new home there. Hi Richard! nice to meet you.
@@threeacresofmarche thanks so much Richard. That's really helpful. And I'm looking forward to the tour :)

I too dream of buying somewhere in Le Marche.....probably nearer to Senigallia where my family originate (I live in Brighton and so seaside living is a bit of a must for me!).

Hello @crmnl7
I have a few videos to get out and am looking to squeeze some new content covering these sort of questions in. The feedback on what people what to see, hear or learn has been great so thank you for taking the time. I will do my best to share exactly how it all happened for me.
@@threeacresofmarche Hi Richard, I am interested to find out how long the process was, did you use a Geometra, do you speak Italian?
Hello @marcuspatrick8931
The search...a few years over many trips.
Hi @traceyjohnson-brown4474
I nearly bought in Abruzzo.
Good luck
Thank you.
Richard, you're a natural on the YT platform. Are those sunflowers grown for sunflower oil?

Thank you.
