This is the kind of development that makes sense for the prices. At least you can live comfortably without growing utility costs and concerns for safety. Thanks for sharing this 👍🏽
This is another development without roofs… I just don’t believe that concrete roofing works in Jamaica. We get lots of rain on the island and that kind of roofing doesn’t last in those environments. It needs standing seem roofing or at the very least, decor tiles
To all the developers and the Gov't, your incestuous relationship has led to the Jamaica Landscape being infected with these paper values being beyond previously affordable levels. You are the recipient of the peoples Trust and government Farmlands for cents on the dollar, much like Matalon, equal for those at Bernard Lodge etc. Why are the prices at this level. Please describe where your clientele is that can live a decent life having TRIED to afford any unit anywhere. The NHT is compliant to the developers as shown by the cost of the Ruthven towers. Our money is used to subsidize these costs. Where can the people and look to find a government put in to Government for the desires of the constituents, where? The infection is deep deep. Why stop there then, sell for $40m $67m. Oh and this is now St. Catherine.
These units are way over priced, in my opinion, and the area is not all that. I would not spend $27.2M to live there. I only hope they don't get affected by flooding.

Well said. This government only caters to the Jamaican diaspora and not the poor and middle class of Jamaica.
