Looking forward to future videos from you! Quick question, is the water tape you use biodegradable? I know the plastic mulch you use is.
It’s impossible to make straight rows with a smaller tractor in one pass. You need like 100+ hp tractor. I’m kinda annoying with them being straight so I’ll mark the rows first half make the beds and then lay the plastic and it works. My dad gets annoyed though lol
Yeah we mark our first row when we start but any little movement in the wheel the rest of the rows are going to be crooked as well. Were always irritated how the rows get crooked when we’re laying them but at the end of the day its more just for looks the plants are still going to grow once our melons start growing they cover the plastic and then you don’t really notice it

What type plastic mulch layer do you use it does a great job
It’s made by buckeye tractor
What do you do to control weeds along the edge of the mulch?
We either hand weed it or we use a hand hoe.
