Hi dev of the mod here, sorry you had troubles with Atypical. As far as I'm aware it's something we can't really fix without detracting from the experience of the song itself. I'm all for accessibility but for something like this, thankfully the PC qualifications aren't TOO high, all you have to do is close some other stuff you may have open. Weirdly enough, I had the same problem when playing Atypical, but literally just restarting the game and going back to that song in Story Mode by entering the door immediately just made it work fine. I can only assume some assets might be staying loaded in other songs and ends up being too much after a few songs?
i just noticed that in the Sanguine song, when the metronome mechanic is passed correctly, a damage number appears that displays “143”. 143 is used to quickly show “I love you” in numbers, due to the amount of letters in the word (i.e. love = 4). this (obviously) shows Mari’s undying care for Sunny. also, Omori has blood on his hands because he has crushed the microphone in his fist; the shards likely stabbed and pierced his hands.
Hikki Mode has a way more emphasis on double notes (even triple), which is what Sanguine defaulted to as the “superboss” song of the weeks so going from Hard to Hikki out of nowhere is why you probably thought it was way more harder out of nowhere?

I have seen a LOT of mods for FNF. And let me tell you, i am a nerd and a big fan of Omori,but THIS MOD is GORGEOUS looking and all the details and mechanics from Omori make this my fav mod of all time. Wow!

(It technically is not confirmed if it is abbi becase you never intract with her but the sprite is obviously abbi from the comics)
I like how this mod has massive Omori spoilers, yet carefully dances around the truth, and gives no context to the spoilers it does have. I also like how all the songs are original, but either contain motifs from OMORI, or fit the character they're for really well. There's so many little details. Like around 01:08:22, Omori sings the motif of By Your Side. The gimmicks also seem interesting, and are thematically fitting, like the SOMETHING notes when facing SOMETHING making it hard to see the truth of the notes, The whole UI tilting and swaying when facing ABBI, like a ship being rocked by a kraken, your HP bar being literally chopped in half VS Cat Butler, and the "143" that shows up after preventing the metronome damage VS Red Maze Hellmari. And of course, the Emotion system.

I played this mod before I played omori, I loved the weird creepy stuff which made me instant buy omori. it's now one of my favorite games, I did need to look up the code to the hangman game to get the second night which in my opinion is the highlight of this mod
Even though I never played or watched anyone fully play the game, I did watch many people play this mod. Even though I don't get all the references, the mod itself is really fun and seems like something that you can definitely appreciate without playing the OG game.
my omori bias may be showing, but this is my favorite fnf mod the only mod that MIGHT beat it out is tails gets trolled, because it has my favorite song out of all fnf mods (taste for blood)
For Atypical it only lags on hikikomori BUT! You must have DDR4 at least at 3400MHZ to be able to play it without lag. on hard it doesn't lag cuz less modchart.

I encountered the same problem on Atypical WHEN PLAYING IT ON BLACK SPACE WEEK, it just lagged, and later the game just didnt respond. I just ended up playing Atypical, and the rest on the RED SPACE week.

I was able to fix the lag via disabling opponent notes, problem was fixed entirely
