On History of economic growth question. I would say that one of the basic reason is economic dependency of states ,the global Labour distribution ,that how North controlled the South they extract resources from third world countries and then sell back to them on double price and also give them loan through imf etc .They have controlled the South indrectly and they will always keep them dependent until they developed their own industries.like singapore ,Malaysia, China ha..
The interviewing panel is mostly asking closed ended questions and just checking history knowledge of candidate. Upsc interviews are far higher quality. I am from iit IIM. IIM has far better interviews about 25-30 years back as well
he is giving a CSS interview to serve pakistan, no need to compare two nations and debate which one is superior, getting over your shitty mentality is the bare minimum u can do, every candidate is capable of learning tremendous knowledge and top notch qualify only, it is for this country pakistan. no need to compare two seperate nations with different histories and ideologies.

They just asked about foreign leaders like hitlers no one asked about Islamic leaders their values, norms and achievements. Our Csp officer should have strong grip on Islamic history so they will lead their domain by keeping Islamic history and rules in his mind.
Sir I have seen India's Interviews . Those interviews are much easier than this Interview . So please stop creating hate between Pakistan and Indian Peoples . In last I will give you an advice that before doing comparing gather infromation then start comparing rather than to talk on topic that which you don't know

Secondly UPSC is one of the tuffest exam in the world...thirdly we Indians don't hate Pakistanis, we feel pity on them and we normally avoid them...anyways you want to live in utopia you can live there... He was lack of knowledge even he didn't knew name of european countrious which were not in NATO, he didn't have basic knowledge about police reforms and He had no ability of opinion building as he was unable to define political leadership of quaid e azam and Character of Hitler . Even he couldn't told why parliamentary system suits pakistan but just gave one query of diverse culture. He was only well dressed and confident without having relevant knowledge. Don't mislead real aspirants of CSS which is very differ from this sort if interview.
