Zelot's style is the style that gives me nightmares on the ladder. The fucking fear that you live with as a Protoss player in those scenarios is paralyzing.

Super appreciate stringing games together when they are super short like the first 2. I would have been disappointed but you came through! I'll add that one way to hold the zergling rush is to prioritize the forge and cannon over the nexus. Rain went 2nd nexus before forge every game and that's why the hold was so much harder. That said, I bet it's a very hard judgement to make based on your scout when a Zerg goes THAT hard on zerglings, which is risky for the zerg if they can't break through. In most cases the Zerg won't just turn every single larva into lings since it's a big risk so Rain's build makes more sense to Nexus before forge as long as he doesn't see pool first. PvZ is very hard for the P I think. Pros just make it look easier than it actually is. I'm a complete noob so take the above with a huge dose of salt.
Great games, would enjoy seeing the rest. This reminded me of when Naniwa way back in the day went forge fast expand like 4 times in a row in some SC2 tournament and lost 0-4 :D

Seeing Rain figure out how to deal with this in real time is pretty insane. Slowly pulling more and more probes. I think if he kills his own forge so he can rebuild it then it would have been a lot easier to hold, but working out when exactly you can do that is easier said than done.
When he started counting, i was like hmm, maybe a best of 5, he keeps going, best of 7? , he keeps going , best of 9 wow, nope, but 14 times. like wtf are the chances of something like that happening. at least you don't have to look for matches for a while xD

Hey Artosis, just wanted to say you’re fantastic at what you do. Really enjoy watching your videos back to back to back whilst I paint my warhammer miniatures. Also I wanted to ask, why do Zerg players not rush to Hive-Zergling upgrades? I’ve been watching your videos for awhile and late game Zerglings are always insanely good. Just wondering why I haven’t seen a strategy that includes rushing to Zergling upgrades (especially attack speed) Thanks :)
I love watching lings so much. Lings have high dps because they almost never get close enough. So while they are attacking they have good DPS. While they are running into storms they have considerably less DPS, as in zero.
It‘s just amazing how successful ZeLoT is with his low eco aggro style. Everytime I‘m thinking he MUST switch to making drones now, he just goes on pumping out units 😅
I'm down for a 14 game series. Kinda crazy how this build is so hard to hold in a reasonable manner even for the very best players
I gotta 2nd this, Arty let's finish this series, no game left behind!
They're pro's so they are trying to eek out the tiniest advantages - most of us below the goats can make a second cannon and relax

Intense. ZeLot is like the new Shine with super aggressive openings. Shine was more of a 3H Hydra push and ZeLot an Overpool 3H ling push 🤷♂️
