I actually really love seeing the progression between those who haven’t had much rehearsal and those who have. Even Nadia and Teo look absolutely beautiful, you can tell they’ll be great. As fun as it is to watch the principals dance, it’s fun getting to see those smaller roles in rehearsal.
Love these rehearsals so much. It’s just so delightful to see the dancers up close and speaking about what they are experiencing! And the fantastic coaches along with Rob playing! What a treat, thank you
Absolutely LOVED this glimpse into rehearsals. All four dancers look amazing and you could see improvement even in this short time. I'm in awe of how quickly the dancers pick up steps and remember all the corrections. Good luck to all.
I’ve not heard of a “side swan” before! I can’t believe Nadia hadn’t had any rehearsal for this yet- it looked beautiful and finished to my eye!! I really enjoyed watching all four dancers.
Gosh, they make it look so easy beautiful I love the royal ballet and I love Swan Lake it’s one of my favourite ballet. I’ve been taking adult ballet classes for about seven years only been dancing for seven years and I’m taking workshop at the National Ballet Of Canada in Toronto I take a ballet class at the Prima studio And I am learning a lot They’re beautiful athletes like they just make it look so easy and even just to do just even do a simple little waltz is hard for me but ballet is so beautiful and it’s so hard at the same time time but thank you for putting this on.
This event seems to be a true, working rehearsal with new and less experienced dancers, nevertheless they were very promising but what I miss is seeing some of the more experienced dancers like in the day…Sarah Lamb and co. showing off their virtuosity and having a more polished and complete performance rather then bits and pieces. Even so, it is a treat to get a small look especially since I would not have the opportunity to see a live performance.
Leo has such wonderful technique. He’s principle material IMO. He’s much more accomplished than the other dancer that you can tell is less experienced.
I enjoyed the boys, but if I was paying money, I would have been a bit miffed at this insight event. No real connection to what was particular about this production at all and little real insight from coach. A bit of a disappointment. Had the feeling that this was thrown together at last minute.
Please never stop doing the insights! We absolutely love them 🩷🫶🏽
Don't speak for others.
TRULY WE DO!!!
Yes I agree, we learn so much
Agreed!!❤❤❤
Totally agree. Even for non-dancers, these are fascinating! ❤
A round of applause to the fabulous pianist too 👏 👏👏
Incredible as usual! We are so lucky that The Royal Ballet shares these moments with us.❤

Leo Dixon has such poise elegance, truly an upcoming principle leading dancer good luck 🍀 in your career ❤
Wonderful coaching!
Lovely. Always a treat to watch.
Nadia Mulova has such a natural elegance and beautiful moves ❤
Fabulous, so informative. The dancers and repetiteur were fascinating and worked very hard. Such detail!
Such a lovely insight event. I feel lucky to have been able to watch this in person !!
Thank you so much I love watching these ! Specially being in Australia .❤
Yes totally agree as I too am viewing from Australia
Always love rehearsals, thank you so much 🩰🩰🩰🩰🩰🙏🙏👵🇦🇺
Thoroughly enjoyable to watch especially bearing in mind the lack of previous rehearsal. Many thanks for the hard work by all.

Considering the difference in heights of the two ballerinas, I was amazed how well they looked dancing together.
Oh, I like that image: "softer arms, air under your arms". 45:17
who is Nadia?? she’s mesmerizing 💕
Please also let us see Mariko and Joe!

Leo has been promoted to a Soloist almost two years ago so he is really being trained to become a Principal
Leo is a wonderful dancer but they were clear that Teo hadn't had much rehearsal yet - I've seen him dance often and he's very good too.
Spot the dancer by the way he/she stands .. Even former dancers 👯
正到爆🎉🎉🎉
❤
Wow there is black and white dress? That must be a new costume?
Have you not seen swan lake before? It is well known that swan lake consists of a white swan and a black swan
Not my delusional brain thinking I could do this 😂
..🤭🤌💪🥰🤸🏼♂️🤸🏼♂️
Seems like every rehearsal step has a flaw. I couldn't dance this way but it's fun watching break dancing.on air.

I was there in person, and I thought the event was great!
@@elodiesvlogsMe too!❤
I was a bit disappointed there wasn't a female and male pairing - just two men and two women.
