Hello from India . I have a question .. in this technique..when we breath in Black .. is it can be harmfull for our body ... ? I mean .. is there possibility of creating any physical problem
So sorry for this delay. I don't often look at the comments on TH-cam. This is simply a way of training the mind away from self-centredness and into more compassion and awareness of others. There is no physical risk. Modern research shows compassion chemiclas in the brain to actually be good for health and balance of being. I hope this helps.
