They have Neuralink type of technology that can telepathically copy people to computers, and upload them to operate robotics. Its over 100 years ahead of its time. These robots are not coming to public any time soon.
The video is completely rigged: in the foreground, the HUMAN player has been erased using video post-processing software, and replaced by the image of a humanoid robot. To understand this, all you need to do is watch videos from BostonDynamics or FigureAI, two companies that are at the cutting edge of humanoid robot development, to see that we're still a long, long way from the agility needed to imitate a ping-pong player. Not to mention the fact that you'd need a computer program capable of anticipating the move and tactics of the opposing player and producing its own strategy. Impossible at present. But certainly not forever.
