This is a collection of most of Rick Hunter's Postal Dude quotes in Postal 4: No Regerts, as of the 1.1.0 update. Cutscene dialogue is not included in this video as they use a proprietary audio format that has yet to be worked around.
This video was uploaded to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the original Postal, released on November 14th, 1997. Happy anniversary, Postal!

The audio quality is better in this video than in the game itself.
Very strange how Rick and Corey's voice were in low quality (especially Rick's, there are moments when it's impossible not to notice).

I blame voice direction moreso than Rick Hunter for him sounding so different. A good voice director should be able to get the appropriate performance out of an actor, especially if it's one they've historically been able to do. I can only assume that Postal Dude sounding more chill is an intentional creative decision.
