I created an I Quit custom match by setting up a Falls Count Anywhere Extreme Rules Submission match since the goal is to make your opponent give up anyway
I did a Brawl Match. Stupid name I know but it's just a finisher match. First one who hits their finisher wins. I made it for moments in Universe Mode where you just wanted to have a segment where 2 guys just brawl or fight. You could pretend like it's a run in or a post promo brawl. Because universe like to make 2 guys feuding wrestle an actual match EVERY week.
It’s the worst isn’t it? Rivals aren’t supposed to be having matches every single week for 3 months (well at least in a perfect world, WWE does be doing that in real life at times)
Sometimes they don't touch like in nxt right now my rivalry began but they were just in tag matches on the same team the whole "can they coexist" thing. They didn't have a one on one match against each other until in your house which was cool
But like say if you selected a part time legend like Rock Austin or Taker to come back for summerslam or wrestlemania, Universe Mode will put them in actual matches during the build and its like I don't want them to have a match until the PPV.
Heres a few i make for each of these games: ECW 3-Way Dance (also can make it 4way if needed) - Triple Threat, Extreme Rules, Elimination. Musical Tables Match (Can even be made for teams) - Fatal Four Way, Tables, Elimination. War Games (WCW and NXT rules) - 6-man tag, Hell in a Cell, Submission only (WCW), Sub/Pin (NXT).
Thanks Matt for putting this out as some of it was quite helpful. The match that I was most curious of how it was created was in fact the Gauntlet match. However, sorry to say that your version isn't really a true gauntlet match but a 3 on 1 handicap Elimination match. I was hoping it would be a true gauntlet match where the winner of the falls would stay in the ring to face the next opponent but too bad that's not doable in this game.
I actually made a UFC match where it’s submission and knockout only. Wrestlers with MMA backgrounds like Lesnar and O’Riley are fun to use. No grapples are allowed, only strikes. 1 ground move is allowed after a certain amount of time, 15 minute time limit. No finishers or signatures are allowed. If used, disqualification. Stay in the ring. Irish whips are allowed since it’s a throw but it’s up to you and a friend on what rules you want
Since they introduced the mode, my favorite is doing a 6 man Hell in a Cell 30 or 60 minute iron man match. The time limit depends on how I’m feeling that day. I call it an Armageddon match. 😂
A match I make every year is an Extreme 8-Way Match. It's basically just an 8-Man Elimination match with Falls Count Anywhere (though you can also make it without FCA) where 99% of the time a title is on the line. But the thing is, making this match allows you to leave the ring which can't do if you just choose "Normal" or Battle Royal. For some reason you HAVE to make it a custom match. I would love if the Match Creator was fleshed out a bit more...like being able to do Eliminations with 2 Out of 3 Falls (you're only eliminated if you fall twice), or go crazy like allowing Ladders inside of a Cage.
One of my favorite ones that I have done so far was a fight to death match which is a 2 out of 3 falls hell in a cell match which I made to spice up the last match in my Chiampa vs Gargano rivalry at Takeover Rochester 1 which was an absolute blast to play and I just did the 2nd match in there takeover trilogy recently with Gargano getting the win over Chiampa for the title so I think takeover in your house will be needing something new once I reach it.
I got two match types for you. 1) survivor series match (8 man tag/ elimination turned on) 2) war games (6 players - 3 way tag match - hell in a cell - best two out of three falls
Would be great to have tournaments in universe mode, imagine setting up king of the ring as a PPV and then being able to just set the match list to just be a king of the ring tournament
My own version of the Gauntlet is this: 10 man Rumble 180 seconds between entrances It's basically a rumble with 3 minutes between entrances but it never takes that long to eliminate someone so it's always 1 v 1 Fun to start with finishers too, you could waste your finishers on the first few guys then number 10 comes in and ices your ass
The scramble match I did that with my friends in online back in 2k19 so much and it was so fun. And we also did the match with the actual rules 2 people start and every few minutes someone comes in. It actually gives everyone an Advantage if you think about it. Cause the first 2 people had the advantage of getting the first point and the people outside isn’t allowed to interfere until there turn. But what makes the people on the outside get the advantage is the people in the ring still will have very low health so it will be easier to get a point lol.

A match I made was a Last Man Standing Hell in a Cell match, I thought of it after thinking about Roman and Jey's I Quit Hell in a Cell match and I thought what can be more extreme then that and that's when it came to me, Last Man Standing inside Hell in a Cell and it's a pretty fun match to do especially considering you can throw you opponent off the cell or through it
I made 5, 6, 8 elimination by pin match. It’s basically elimination chamber but without the cage and no dq to make it more fun. And thx for the fatal 4 way elimination tag match idea.

I have a match I call Xtreme 8… it’s an 8 man extreme elimination match with KOs only. Falls count anywhere. 4 Tables ladders and chairs are the weapons. Flaming tables are on since it’s extreme rules. Very fun….. also Extreme rules iron man match (idk why this hasn’t happened in real life yet)

The most unique matches I've made for my match tables are "Fight Pit" (steel cage match with no escaping, submission only, & KO) & "Ironman Tables" (Credit to Sean Ross Sapp.) I've made "Ironman Tables" matches for singles, tag, triple threat, & fatal four ways & I haven't been disappointed. I've made a slew of others, but those are the most unique.
I like to do 2 out of 3 Falls but in a triple threat or 4 way match. I had one match recently where all 3 in the triple threat had 1 pinfall and it was exciting to see who would get the final pin.

Iron Tables match is one I made just a tables match with iron man win condition set your time and put your opponent through as many tables as you can in that time period. It gets crazy
on every wwe game i hav, always do a bleed before you leave cage and normal match where no pins or leaving the cage till your foe is bleeding. makes matches fun and stops quick finisher cage matches where one player is better at qte than the other.
On my stream we do what we call a bloodfest match it’s a 8 man elimination by being busted open winner is declared by being the only man not busted open
Over the Top Rope brawls, you can use it on any match type (1v1, Triple Threat, Fatal 4 Way, 5-Man, 6-Man, 8-Man) and set it up to where you can only eliminate people via throwing them over the top rope. This is for those who loves Royal Rumbles and want a show of them in Universe.
I made a falls count iron man match set to 60 minutes true hardcore style, also created a custom women’s hardcore tag team championship with a tag team extreme rules 60 minute iron man match. As well as a tables iron man match
I’d love it if we could get a tag team turmoil match (like we used to have in the attitude era (basically a tag team gauntlet) you’d be able to choose to have a certain amount of teams (probably 6-8 teams) and you would only have 2 teams at a time, as soon as one team is eliminated the next enters the ring (a bit like the slobberknocker match we used to get in the older games but for teams) you could even have the option to pick an entrance number like in royal rumble and elimination chamber We also need a tag team elimination chamber match

I have created a 4 and 6 man championship scramble type match I keep it even numbers of competitors so there isn’t an extra guy just waiting around to break up the pin… You can also do this scramble style match in a Hell in a Cell to spice things up or with tag teams
The " Elimination Fatal 4 Way Tag Team Match " ( as I call it ) is something I've made on day one and it's a lot of fun, cool to see you had this idea too and recommended it to everybody. The First Blood match is a classic too. What sucks is the limitations/restrictions in match creations though. I've been waiting for years for them to allow us to turn On the Elimination rule for HIAC matches. Imagine an 8 Man Falls Count Anywhere Elimination Hell In A Cell match would be. That sh_t would be chaos everywhere and it would be awesome. Sadly, we can't make it simply because they won't allows us to turn On the Elimination rule for HIAC matches. That's sad and disappointing.
Scramble is new. Rest already done by me. I have 3 more super fun matches. 1. Hell in Cell Last Man Standing 2. Hell in Cell 2 out of 3 falls (I put more tables below ring to throw opponents from top of cage on table. It feels great to see opponents thrown on burning tables.) 3. 180 second Royal Rumble. (Just set timer in rumble to 180 seconds). It's a reminder to Brock Lesner Royal Rumble performance eliminating every entrant before the next one came. Finally he was kicked out by Drew McIntyre. Since it's difficult to achieve in normal time in 2k games. I set it to 180 seconds. It feels great to eliminate before the next opponent even comes.
i created a iron man table match on my brother's idea from attitude days, worked great for a bobby rhode title feud. also have a first blood 6-man hell in the cell and first blood elemination battle rolyes. great fun.
I don't know what you think Matt, but it would be nice if they still did the captain falls pin matches for the benefit of Hardcore matches, so that the championship could change hands many times during the match.
@@blackheartsuniverse2408 Yeah I got muddled the captain falls was a 3v3 tornado match where both teams had a captain and if he was pinned the whole team would lose, if any of the other two are pinned then they were eliminated. I thought that was a cool concept too.
I create one called "Just Bring it" as it was my and my brothers fav match on Smackdown Just Bring it. 8 Man, Elimination match, Pins and Subs, max Finishers and no ring out.
My favorite custom match to do every year is an Iron man of tables match, whoever puts more people through tables wins, its especially fun in a mulitman setting.
Championship scramble is the one match I enjoy making and should have continued in the games I thought it one of the best stipulations to be made

6 man hell in a cell match with the 30min iron man match rule applied.
I like to do 2 out of 3 Falls but in a triple threat or 4 way match. I had one match recently where all 3 in the triple threat had 1 pinfall and it was exciting to see who would get the final pin.

The " Elimination Fatal 4 Way Tag Team Match " ( as I call it ) is something I've made on day one and it's a lot of fun, cool to see you had this idea too and recommended it to everybody. The First Blood match is a classic too.
What sucks is the limitations/restrictions in match creations though. I've been waiting for years for them to allow us to turn On the Elimination rule for HIAC matches. Imagine an 8 Man Falls Count Anywhere Elimination Hell In A Cell match would be. That sh_t would be chaos everywhere and it would be awesome. Sadly, we can't make it simply because they won't allows us to turn On the Elimination rule for HIAC matches. That's sad and disappointing.
I've created WarGames as close as I could, have been doing that for awhile in these games. You should try it.
Scramble is new. Rest already done by me. I have 3 more super fun matches.
1. Hell in Cell Last Man Standing
2. Hell in Cell 2 out of 3 falls (I put more tables below ring to throw opponents from top of cage on table. It feels great to see opponents thrown on burning tables.)
3. 180 second Royal Rumble. (Just set timer in rumble to 180 seconds). It's a reminder to Brock Lesner Royal Rumble performance eliminating every entrant before the next one came. Finally he was kicked out by Drew McIntyre. Since it's difficult to achieve in normal time in 2k games. I set it to 180 seconds. It feels great to eliminate before the next opponent even comes.

i created a iron man table match on my brother's idea from attitude days, worked great for a bobby rhode title feud. also have a first blood 6-man hell in the cell and first blood elemination battle rolyes. great fun.

My favourite custom match is a 2v2v2v2 Elimination Tornado Tag match with the Extreme Rules weapon pool.
I don't know what you think Matt, but it would be nice if they still did the captain falls pin matches for the benefit of Hardcore matches, so that the championship could change hands many times during the match.

@@blackheartsuniverse2408 Yeah I got muddled the captain falls was a 3v3 tornado match where both teams had a captain and if he was pinned the whole team would lose, if any of the other two are pinned then they were eliminated. I thought that was a cool concept too.
I made a chair match pretty simple extreme rules match then just do what ever but set all the weapons as the steel chair
I also made a UFC match as a 1v1, time limit, only win by KO or submission, and I added no count out.
I like the 8 man battle royal where only pins or submissions elimination style.

I got the Ultimate Submission Match. 3 Way Dance, Chairs Match, Singapore Cane match I even got the old TLC settings setup
i wish i could do 30man royal rumble with pinfall and submission and no throw over the rope. similarish to the old slobberknocker match

I create one called "Just Bring it" as it was my and my brothers fav match on Smackdown Just Bring it. 8 Man, Elimination match, Pins and Subs, max Finishers and no ring out.
My favorite custom match to do every year is an Iron man of tables match, whoever puts more people through tables wins, its especially fun in a mulitman setting.
For a War Games type match I created a 6 man tag in a Hell In A Cell, 2 out of 3 falls
