Looks sooo yummy! Going to add all 3 recipes to my recipe book. I like to make either a flatbread or a sandwhich as a meal once a week - this is perfect! And I can use the tomato jam as a sauce with other meals. I would call the tomato jam a tomato chutney (jam = sweet, chutney = sweet / sour)? I make a soup as my evening meal and always have a bread with it - great I can do these in a pan on the stovetop rather than the oven (to help keep my electricity bill down).
So glad you think so 😊 That’s good, they are very convenient, especially when on the go! Yes probably a chutney, they’re easy to mix up! Oh yeah that is handy, much quick as well as you don’t have to preheat the oven.
