hello sir, to get these fellowships, is there an entrance exam? or a valid gate score and admission from IIt or iisc is sufficient ?
Usually a valid gate score is enough. A majority of these fellowship selections happen after you get into a Ph.D. programme.
if anyone having not valid gate score and completed there mtech with good percentage and after interview if he get selected then he is eligible for scholarship. he have good score only score card is not valid. engineering phd students required gate score or valid gate score for scholarship in iisc.

then you will be out of iit... actually credits systems are their ,,,as per iitr, you have to pass subjects with 12 credits in a year ..if you do so then you will be eligible for candidacy otherwise you have to leave.
If I am doing PhD IN NIT WITH OUT GATE AND NET WHAT ABOUT THAT TYPE OF STUDENTS

But many across the country may no understand also. Hindi is not the national language, it is just the official language. More people across the country can understand English than Hindi. At least in the topics I talk about. My Hindi proficiency is also not that great :)
