Dazzle is actually a WW1 Royal Navy camo pattern to hide ships so perhaps not the best pattern for a cyclist. Lovely poncho though if expensive, cheers

If the bike has a headlight, wouldn't the cape cover it up?

My headlight is attached to my front rack, so no. But if you have a handlebar mounted headlight, it would.
