I believe it was some sort of country guitar twang sample that someone who programmed the synths had laying around, can't recall where I heard it though
I heard Godzilla recorded the track with the devil's own fiddle onto an Edison wax cylinder that was then sampled by Tupac and played in reverse for Angelo at a party.
