My concept for Weather report E barrage R cloud punch T ice spike Y pure oxygen U Call Ligthing G Stop fussing H Frog rain X Combustion W Air glide C 280km/h wind V Devil's Raimbow ( need to do a Quest) B Cloud suit A Big moveset who is op but not impossible to beat
Idea: pure oxygen would a move that could only be unlocked with a quest for heavily weather and it would include a beat down called You Lost to Fate similar to emporio vs pucci
I mean the anime wasn't released back then when other jjba games had weather report as a playable stand So I could be wrong but I'd say example they would've had to imagine how his moves from this fight by reading the manga would've look like which is more inaccurate

In my opinion, for Weather Report to get Heavy Weather it should be with a quest almost in the same style as S&W Go Beyond, but instead of being Jesus it would be Jolyne and the mission would be to defeat Pucci until you get the Weather Memories Disc.
It should be more like you have weather report as normal. Then the awakening you have to have an item that’s rare drop from pucci boss(he uses cmoon) Once you have the item and you want to awaken you use awakening and it automatically activates devils rainbows. The voluntary one in the base kit is removed so that it’s more balanced and the awakening version will last for the entire awakening with a huge range. The slow effect will be very big and last for a long time. It may sound unbalanced but hey that’s what the stand is. To get them out of awakening you gotta punch them quite hard ngl.
your concepts are getting worse and worse, you make a stand for showcase instead of being viable, i cant even imagine why you added an awakening and a random grab move, also 2 aoe moves and more of that random shit, just please make them seperate stands and learn what each version does, for example: weather report should have less attack abilities but more supportive ones like atmospheric heat barrier cloud suit and more, while heavy weather focuses on combat and reckless rushing

Love that you used moves from his final fight! All the WR’s I’ve seen in games never used them which was a bit of a disappointment.

What cloud suit? Thats just stupid why like it didnt do much in the anime and was just used mainly for lang rangler
