Yo I think you need some explanation When a server(public) attain 12h(or 20) the server resets so Universal reset and there no coming back but when you going to Aut cuz P//S got reworked
Idk how long timer is but universal reset speed ups ur cooldowns to. Like gives 0.25 speed each time u enter new phase of speed. Idk if its deal damage but i can so why its s o long cause u would male ur enemy cry with this at pvp.
