The only thing I can think of ime, when I’m not laminating I don’t use registration marks. Really no need for them unless I’m reloading material. Try unchecking the marks box, leave all your settings the same.
Thank you for sharing,. I've had a BN20 for a few years now and I don't understand why yours would be spitting out the back? Could be a manufacturing or setting issue? Also, I don't believe you need the register marks if you click the return to origin after print in the cutting options. I often choose return to origin after cut just in case I need to send it back through.

I print & cut at the same time, never had a problem with the ink drying

When i don’t laminate i don’t use crop marks. I suppose you’ve tried unticking crop marks and gone print/cut?
