I’ve been craving a sweet fix the last couple of weeks of course I know fruit is always going to be the best healthiest option but sometimes a little if what you fancy goes down a treat !!! Checked out some sweet goodies in Tescos , so here they are along with the syn values, when you know the syns you can factor them into your daily allowance 🙌🏼
💡However if you are like me and know that having a multi pack of Kitkats or similar in my kitchen is absolutely going to lead you to eating the full pack in one sitting 😬 maybe leave them on the shelf and opt for yoghurts or snack a jacks ! #knowyourtriggers
