I think the biggest lesson from this is that filming people who unalived themselves is a forgivable defense, but scamming people out of money is unforgivable.
In all seriousness though, he is probably finally laying low in hopes the internet will eventually forget once someone else gets in trouble for being horrible.
Speaking of scams. Look at how many scams Jake Paul has done. Looks like it runs in the family at this point.
I think scamming was bigger hit to his reputation becasue it diretly affected many MANY people who put their trust and money in him. Filming dead person was disgusting but it wasn't something that was affecting our lives diretly.
This isn't even the first scam that Logan Paul has been involved in. Probably the first one where he was the lead person on it though.
Beyond it, the reason this has hit him harder, is mostly because the people upset about some of the dumb shit he has done, isn't something his fans wouldn't care about. The people who are in an uproar are usually those outside of that.
This time, his scam directly affected some of his fans. So it actually hits his bottom line this time around.
Jake Paul has literally been caught stealing footage before (I'm not kidding, this happened a few years ago to a youtuber I used to watch and iirc the original video even got claimed by Jake Paul after he used it in HIS video).

Mini pigs exist. They're still 250lbs at adulthood though, so mini is a bit relative.
they are bred for experimentation. And they don't let them live much beyond a 2 years. so they are around 35kg (77,2 lbs) at that point

@@charlespanache7047 "realZoo" is the one made in a few hours that works. "CryptoZoo" is Logan's and isn't done yet. He said they had multiple artists but then it got proven that all the images were stock photos with light photoshop. Hardly 6 months of work for multiple artists
this "CryptoZoo done in few hours" isn't based on NFTs.
I'm not claiming that NFTs are good or anything, but that was the main selling point of CryptoZoo. So this game hasn't been done in few hours.

You’re spot on, Logan’s audience is so big that there will still be a lot of them who will either remain ignorant of his deeds and those who will stay loyal to him no matter what. The cynic in me thinks this will probably be forgotten in a few months or even a year from now and it will be business as usual for Logan. I won’t be surprised if he tries to scam his fans a third time in the future.

I live on a farm with many pigs, I love those girls so much and I would do anything for them. Pigs are amazing creatures and need lots of care and love. I have one named Chloe that I raised since birth and will love her as much as I do my dogs. I felt sick to my stomach when I heard about what happened to Pearl. Pigs need love too even if they get to be 300 pounds.

As a dev I feel like I have to step in here.
Web3 Integration does take time and knowledge. I could recreate Cryptozoo's main feature on a local machine / website, however tokenomics, smart contracts for each action in the game does take alot more time than just a pretty frontend with a tiny backend website.
I think the point is that the amount that each user would really get out of the system can be recreated easily. The Web3 aspect of it is almost always to obscure info or otherwise guarantee they have some level of immunity to financial repercussions

Using a cryptocurrency for something like this seems to be for no reason other than to obscure the flow of money and responsibility so there can be fewer consequences when the owners inevitably rip their "customers" off.

Defi is still a great thing Imo, and smart contracts are what enable defi to stay decentralized. There is no obstruction of information, everything is public at all times. Please at least try to understand the Point you are argueing or go into detail what you mean by obscuring information.

It kinda looks like that new project is using AI to merge the images. I don't know if every time you combine two of the same animals, if the image is the same or not. If using AI, it would be a slightly different image each time you merge them. But how are they making it play to win, if it's not web3? You need tokens, unless you're just using real money? But that's actually pretty smart to do. This has received so much publicity, so they're riding that wave and are going to get a ton of free marketing.
