    Excellent recipe!! u can try weight loss recipes using little millets like Samai, varagu, kuthiraivalli, thinai too. It is loaded with nutrients. (These are all Tamil names.). just a suggestion mam. Thanks.

      Thats okay, but make sure you give a break of 2 -3 days in between..

      +Mano Unni Think like this too much of anything is bad.. I simply love turmeric and use it daily, but not everyone is same. so don't go overboard. l personally take a break after 10 days. My mom takes it every day...I think from last 10 years or so...and she gets relief from her arthritis pain. she does not take break at all... hope this helps you.

      One cup will be roughly around 270 calories., yes you can have it for breakfast or lunch....it will keep u fuller for long and satiated. BTW do check out my breakfast smoothie recipes also, I have posted many smoothies that will keep you fuller for long and helps to lose weight too :)
