+Mano Unni Think like this too much of anything is bad.. I simply love turmeric and use it daily, but not everyone is same. so don't go overboard. l personally take a break after 10 days. My mom takes it every day...I think from last 10 years or so...and she gets relief from her arthritis pain. she does not take break at all... hope this helps you.
