It's really hard work mentally when you're travelling, camping, etc. in bad weather, Roz,especially up in scotland with them fierce storms. You did well sticking to your plan ,100% effort 😊X
You are SO right to say "This isn't Instagram, it's real life!" Such a true spot on statement! However I did laugh when you said no one was going to die watching this episode! Absolutely brilliant. Thank you for a great series! Take care x
Hi Roz and Winston, I know you are probably both home and well now, but this edition made me want to give you both a cuddle and some helpful motivational words. You must be looking back with pride by now. I find your videos uplifting and motivational, and I imagine many folk feel the same. Best wishes Richard
I would gently suggest if you had approached the red car owner (assuming they were there) and expressed your problem; your regard for his car and politely asked them to move out of stone range for a few minutes they would have been very grateful for your thoughtfulness. I certainly would have been for sure.
They weren’t there at the time. I’m assuming that the car belonged to someone in one of the tents or yurts. But if I still couldn’t get out, I would have went to find the owner. As you say, I’m sure they’d understand 👍🏼
Hello from the US. We love your hikes and adventures with Winston. We love watching his tail spin! I think we are at day 31 in Harris. We know we’ll probably never have a chance to see these sights so, thank you for taking us one more strep along the world with you! Safe travels!
Roz, just wanted to add my thanks too. I love watching your videos, and find your real life vlogging inspirational. I wish i had your courage to get out there with my dog and do these type of adventures.
Bad weather, lots of filming, travelling, editing, working, and producing wonderful content for us. No wonder you are tired and depressed. Just know we all love you and Winston and are grateful for the videos you put out.
Oh Roz! I really admire you, you show huge resilience and determination. Your days are packed with adventuring, filming, editing, caring for Winston and of course doing your ‘day job’, so it’s unsurprising that your enthusiasm for the Outer Hebrides starts to wain after more two weeks of battering by strong winds. I would’ve retreated under the bedding long before you! On the plus side Winston is clearly having a wonderful time, but he is 100% weatherproof!
I know you're already home and moved house but sending virtual hugs for this time. You are very loved and appreciated by your online family and many of us look forward to seeking Winston and yourself every week. The way you film things and then have to run back to pick up your camera takes alot when you are drained, you're a trooper.
The bad weather does get you down at the best of times. Bigger caravans have good heating systems with hot and cold water but you’re really just camping plus!
Can't really add to what everyone has already said. You are an inspiration and I look forward to your videos each week. Love that you stay true and don't change that. As you can tell we're all on your side. Hugs to both oif you❤
As you say Roz, real life has ups and downs. Even small things can grind us down eventually. I have just been up to Cumbria in the caravan and made the most of a cloudy week. Looked forward to getting home though to catch up with yours and Winston's adventures. Incidentally, I take vitamin D all year round now and find that helps my mood a lot. :0)
I loved the honesty of this blog. Your blogs are always personal. It's like we are there with you and as I said to a friend who's recently lost her dog....It's OK not be OK. Everything can wait. If rest is the answer then rest. Always listen to your body is what I always tell myself . 😊
I know it’s no consolation Roz but the weather was awful on the mainland too whilst you were away and very depressing and stooped me getting away in my camper. Also no to depress you more but as a menopausal women I wake up continuously throughout the night, enjoy your sleep whilst you are young 😂😂 What you do is hard work, done beat yourself up so much, you have a right to have bad days, we all do and as you say it’s real life. Keep going xx
Glad to see you've kept your sense of humour! Most important when life is difficult and wearing. As someone with a Scottish heritage and some knowledge that part of Scotland was once part of Canada in the distant geological past, , I am enjoying the scenery and geology very much. Keep up the good work!
Poor weather and lack of sleep, no wonder you were feeling down. All credit to you for being positive in your previous vlogs of your trip. I really appreciate the effort you put into your vlogs from the great filming of the scenery to Winston's brilliant speech bubbles, they are really enjoyable to watch. The bonus this time were the fun facts. Brilliant ! Thanks for posting.
Thank you Roz and Winston for taking me with you and I love the fun facts. I can appreciate that the constant wind and rain is wearing. If it were me, I'd have escaped the pod for a night in a b and b just to get some sleep! ❤
Thank you for your wonderful videos. I love them and adore Winston of course.I understand why you got so low. This summer in the UK was dreadful. We have a tiny campervan and the weather was really getting us down. We have an awning but if it was cold and windy, we didn't enjoy sitting out there. Sitting in the van with the pop top down was not fun after weeks of it. Let's hope next summer is better!
People either forget or don't realise just how grinding the weather can be in Scotland, the cold, the wind and dampness soaks you to the bone. You are doing something not many others have managed. Hi Winston! Woof woof! May you have many good adventures and things to sniff!
That was a great episode, you need to wear ear plugs when you need to sleep in the caravan. In the weather you have been having. Winston can sleep almost at will. Good luck for your adventures
Don’t be too hard on yourself, we all have bad days and just because you are away from home this is no different. A duvet day and spending time doing things you love with some self care is long overdue. Look after yourself and Winston x
You were on day 33 of your Pod adventure - the husband and I could barely survive 5 days in our Covid-influenced-purchase-mistake Pod!! We got rain too of course - no fun sitting in an awning with the rain hammering down so you can't hear each other speak and your feet getting soggier by the second. I likened one of our trips to Scott's deadly Antarctic adventure 😀 The other thing that ended our short caravanning days was the loo situation - using the public toilet block or the delightful chemical bog - a choice between a rock and a hard place. I HATE public loos. Oh, and the fact that Caravan Club sites now resemble car parks, but I'm digressing. Not surprising you love your food with all your impressive physical activities - including pulling the Pod around like it's a toy! I don't know what your back-story is or why you decided to start YouTubing but I'm glad you did. I can now caravan vicariously without the faff of actually doing it! 🙂
I have toured most of North America on a motorcycle. 80% living in a tent, the remainder cabins and hotels. I remember weeks in Canada, in May, where the ice flows were still on the rivers. Weeks of rain as well. I was with a very good friend, and we were in such a foul mood that we decided to split up and finish the tour separately. Our friendship changed forever. I didn't want it to, but it takes two to mend a fence. Touring harships usually follow two paths. Sometimes, the experience is the most memorable trip, having survived the hardships while having an awesome trip. The sights, the peoples, and the places are somehow more beautiful by the juxtaposition of the hardship of the trip. And sometimes the journey is just too difficult to see the beauty. My tours took me thousands of miles from home. Sometimes, it was worth it to change my route and destination. I have cut trips short as well. I wouldn't exchange any memories. I have many miles and destinations in my future. When I meet people, I often put them in one of two categories. One, I would like them as neighbors to talk over the back fence. And two, I would rather not live in their neighborhood. Although I've never met you Roz, you would make a good neighbor. All the best to you and Winston! If Winston is reading this, all the best to you and Roz!
It sounds like you've lived a very adventurous life, thank you so much for sharing your experiences. I would be happy to be your neighbour and share travel stories! Thanks for watching 👍🏼
I know just how you feel - the weather can really affect one's moods - we had yucky weather when visiting Skye, and had travelled all the way from South Africa and only had a certain number of days there, although in our case we were stuck in a hostel, but one is still constrained in getting about and seeing "stuff". It really got me down, all that planning, the travel, the money and everything. 😢🦋
I'll volunteer to be on your pub quiz team anytime 😃 Trying to plan travel videos over such a long period must have taken it's toll to. I did love that "quirky" blackhouse campsite. Hope you took some really long hot showers to make up for the price tag. Really hope the weather improved a bit. Looking forward to find out.
I am sure all of your followers would want to just give you both a big hug after watching this week's vlog, our hearts went out to you. What totally sh*t weather you have had and no one would blame you if you had gone home. The sleep and pies are a good medicine and as for the "Boss" he would be happy in a wheelie bin in a force nine gale as long as he is with you. Stay safe, well and I hope happy travelling twosome ❤
Unless someone’s done it it’s hard to appreciate how exhausting travelling is when you have to do everything yourself, with no one else to help out with logistics, navigation, shopping etc etc etc. even for a minute. You’re obviously a very conscientious person with high personal standards and, like everyone else who loves your videos, I hope that you’re able to cut yourself some slack and recharge. When I struggle with the relentlessness of travelling (even though it’s ultimately a lovely thing to do) I imagine I’m part of a couple and it’s the other person who’s struggling, and I help them out by taking the burden off them. Strangely it works, and gives my therapist a chuckle.
Yet again another 35 mins of pure enjoyment I'm so glad you found the strength to carry on I live in a 3 bedroom house and hearing the wind and rain is depressing so a big well done but do you think you would have gone home if it wasn't for winston being with you and not sure if you know tunnoks have a new caramel bar out with coconut on them I know you like a tunnoks lol safe travels
Hi Roz, If it gives you any comfort I wanted to let you know that I really enjoy your series of "gentle" adventures. Watching you and Winston as you travel is an anodyne to the violent and turbulent world we seem to be living in these. Tell Winston to keep on and carry on wagging!
To have a trip that long, there are bound to be days where you feel down and out of sorts. The weather has a large impact on our mood. You are allowed to feel how your feel. The next episode looks interesting. Standing stones!! Big Outlander fan here. Thanks for sharing your world with us.
Well that was over far too quick😢.. loved the honesty in this one 👏👏 it’s not all hearts and roses out there ❤️ not sure how you feel about hugs? but felt like you could of done with one during this episode x
Captain, Navigator, Engineer and Crew ( love your Stanley tool box!). You do it all Roz, so you can have a few moments driven by the exhaustion traveling brings. We appreciate your interesting facts and got quite a chuckle hearing about dinosaur poo. Hang in there and grab a hug or three from Mr. Winston.
May be rain and wind but better than the poor folks who work 9 to 5 in an office building in NYC or L.A and fighting the traffic for 1/1-2 to 2 hours trying to get home. Thats in clear weather!
Hello from the States Roz. My wife and I enjoy your videos very much. We find them quite entertaining and relaxing. Having grown up in the state of Ohio, where winters are miserable, I understand how weather can dramatically affect one's mood. We live in Southern California now and while the weather is normally quite enjoyable, I will start to get a bit moody after just one or two days of rain. I would probably spend much more time inside with the weather you've had on your trip. You, on the other hand, carry on with your adventuring with Winston and entertaining your fans.
Your honesty is appreciated and sharing your feelings is brave.... Feeling low is perfectly natural, it will pass and your mood will lift, when you look back on this adventure you will see it in a different light. Xx
I absolutely loved the fun facts...... I burst out laughing about people can die laughing but nobody will, from this video 😂 👌. Since Di passed away in June, I've had my ups and downs. I now live for my spanny, Jess. Life can be cruel 💔. However, people can help alleviate that mood, you and Winston help me each week 🎉❤. Stay strong xxxxx
I don't know exactly when you were in Scotland but I was motorbike camping there in September for 3 weeks. The wind and rain were relentless and the temperatures low for the time of year. I fully understand how you are feeling. It doesn't matter if you are in a vehicle or a tent. When the elements are going mad, you can't sleep and sleep is paramount. Take care. Hang in there. Your videos are much appreciated.
What a very interesting episode! I really sympathise with your problems with the weather. But, as always, your updates are top-notch. Really, you are a born storyteller, and your videos are never boring.
I personally loved this video. Keeping it real. Amazing. Life, whatever you are doing isn’t all sunshine and roses all the time. We all have periods of down days. Thanks for the vlog x
Roz your are a walking encyclopaedia 😅, seriously yes we have our down and sad days sometimes. You are a Very capable traveller, and person, Your organised, able to fix things, you love Winston, you put these vlogs together, working, and your doing it on your own, your days have been busy. You certainly come across as a real person, and real day to day life. With the joys and sadness we all feel at times, I think this is why I enjoy you vlogs so much. Wonderful please keep them coming, it's like yous are part of my weekly routine now,🙂🐶
Roz an old off road trick for ice or any other situation where you loose traction if your vehicle is a manual start off in second gear and bring the clutch up to the bite point slowly, first gear is no good in these situations to much power
Hi Roz and Winston thanks for being so honest. Van, caravan touring can be such hard work, especially with all the wind and rain, the constant noise could drive mad .so glad you have a Winston to hug , hopefully you got that well earned rest and will look forward to your next adventure take care both.
Thank you for sharing your honest experience and not applying a ‘happy-filter’ to everything. Love the vlogs, and really appreciate the work you put in 💚
what I like about your vlogs Roz ( apart from Winston of course !!!) is that you are completely honest, what you see is what you get , if you feel you need a break have a break , we will still all be with you x Safe Travels
I think you are amazing , you have had some difficult situations in these adventure days , plus going without sleep for hours on end is bound to be depressing , but heck tomorrow is another day , onwards and upwards , just a few catnaps in between and lots of treats , you are totally entitled to your off days , after all it is meant to be a holiday and your are working most days as well !! I think you did brilliant getting up that steep slope without asking for help , it was plain to see it was a sharp incline for your tiny outfit , but heck you managed it , well done you , happy travels R and W 😊❤😊❤😊
Thanks Roz for sharing that one, I've been flat to the mat all through October, I could lye in bed till lunch time and I'm in my mid sixties and my get up and go has got up and gone. Roll on the next one. Even Winston just wanted a Duvet day, love to the both of you.
Aww Roz. I was in that static van when you were there but unfortunately I didn't find your channel until I came home, or I would have asked you over for a heat and a cuppa. I do remember the weather got better for a few days after this episode though. 🤗
It feels that way sometimes 😅 There's nothing worse than driving down a motorway wondering if the back door is locked, or if the jockey wheel is up securely 🙈🙈
You were very unlucky with the weather. I’ve been up there in May and June in glorious hot weather, but also other times it’s been awful for days. I usually travel for 3 weeks or so but occasionally a little longer and yes it can be very tiring and miserable at times, especially since, like you I usually travel alone. Completing the chores and packing up to move on can be exhausting and when the weather is awful and you can’t do all the walks you planned it’s so frustrating.. Last summer I spent a few whole days when the weather was particularly awful sleeping. I needed it too!
Hi Roz, Lovely to see your blog today, I was so worried about you yesterday and thought you might have packed up and gone home. Nobody here would have blamed you with everything you have had thrown at you. Feeling all the loving comments on your site, you have created a large loving family around you. Quite enough to carry you on through your journey. I for one look forward to every blog, every week. Thank you for being you. Lynda X
Hi Roz, just discovered your channel and binged watched your adventures in the Outer Hebrides, my partner and i have been a few times, the Go-Pod is cool, we adore Winston. ❤. Just watching this one hope you stick it out and weather improves - it has been rough but is awesome in the sunshine
You were obviously struggling a bit in the last vlog. When the blues hit you, it’s difficult if you’re on your own. Luckily, you had Winston with you. I don’t think you’d have coped without him. Fun fact: The Canary Islands have over 300 days of sunshine every year. The Scottish Islands have about 3 days of sunshine 😂
Big hugs to you & Winston , 60 + days is too much , i know you are home now but please never feel the need to put out a video every week , we all care for your wellbeing . ❤💙
I'm sorry you were depressed Roz, but your fun facts were hilarious. So, I'm watching you, feeling very sorry for you and then you make me laugh out load. Great voice over. Thanks again
Chainsaws for child birth...? We in Scotland invented that...! 🤓 I'm now on the naughty step. Sorry world for what we did... Thanks Roz & Winston for another great watch. Your having such a great life adventure.... and it's here to watch again, and again..x
Loved the fun fact about no-one dieing from laughter 😂! It made us both laugh 😃 ! Fully understand how you must feel about the weather and how it can affect your mood! I suffer dreadfully from SAD and these grey skies we're experiencing at the moment are awful. I'm counting down to Spring 😅. BTW gave you ever considered a European tour? Good to see you managed to to catch up with some sleep. Stay safe. Sid and Nicola, Rugby
I do want to tour Europe at some point, but I don't feel comfortable doing it with solo with Winston just incase something happens. I worry about what would happen to Winston if something happened to me, whereas when I'm in the UK (even on a small island) I know there are people who would come and get him. I'll probably tour Europe when Winston has passed, but hopefully that won't be for a while yet. Thanks for watching 👍🏼
Omg! No wonder you have been feeling down. I have been watching your videos and wondering if it will ever be sunny. It looks like totally crappy summer. You are wearing a down jacket 😱 most of the time. And the cold and noise from the wind certainly don't help with sleep. Noise cancelling headphones might help. I hope it gets better and appreciate the honesty. I like scientific tidbits in the voiceover!
Well Roz You was right you was tired and needed that sleep I hope you was feeling better After it . The song you was playing on the video was very nice I like it, looking forward to the next one but only when your ready Take care Ralph
The irony is that your fact about laughing did make me laugh quite hard. Completely feel you on this one Roz - I had the same experience when travelling solo around Asia, and berating myself for not enjoying myself. Some of it was perimenopause, but mostly I was just knackered and putting too much pressure on myself. Sending love.
Roz you are an amazing person and so Winnystan ❤. Have made a lot of friends and family by making these amazing videos.we all love you both so much ❤.👰♀️ that’s you Roz .🙋♂️
We must admit…..we would have given up and driven to southern France! Still your perseverance is very impressive as is your very dry humour! Still we loved the vlog. 😂😂❤️
You deserve a good sleep, not easy traveling and having a schedule to keep up with. You are doing so well. I am proud of you. Love from Caroline Butler ❤
Unbelieva BUBBLE, I got a notification and thought,,,well their's nothing on telly, I might aswell have look and listen,,, Started me sandwich and wallop,,, dinosaur poo, if it ain't modern poo it's poo from the past,,, or Leaking toilets. Can't wait to see what's coming up next. 😊 😮 😢
Bless you Roz ❤ You are a very strong and capable woman. I thought that you weren't yourself in the last episode and I wanted to give you a big hug. Hats off to you for talking about it. Winston is brilliant but you were the star this time! By the way - how can you eat so much yet stay so beautifully slim?? 😊
great video I'm super impressed by how organised you are and how you get on and do everything that should be done (wrapping the tow hitch,,,locking the wheel,,,removing mirrors and putting them away,,,)even when you're exhausted - I know a lot of us would be "it'll do until tomorrow" ;,)
I hope you felt better after the couple of bad days you had, got to say, those meals looked so tasty! Still looking forward to more vids from you and Winston and didn’t find this one depressing , just felt sad for you 😔, take care.
Hello, we have caravanned all over Europe and even into Africa, so pretty experienced and have had a few times where I needed to reposition the jockey wheel and have had to use the motor movers to do so. I never thought of carrying an axle stand...well you learn something new every day. Thanks.
Hi roz Enjoyed every minute of this adventure it’s been brilliant,BUT feeling little guilty now after you said you were struggling and feeling down and depressed.we all appreciate the hard work it takes doing this channel and the day job which sounds stressful as well lol.ps just sing your song always makes you smile lol 🤗
Well Roz for that many days on the road, it can be tiring all in itself. Our trailering expeditions we go for a week max, and when I get home be are both tired out, even Max "the dog". But at the start of the video the weather looked rather good, which usually improves ones mood.
Hi Roz you are only human at the end of the day everyone one gets depressed you do what you enjoy doing even if you enjoy your food enjoy doing it but just look at Winston he puts a smile on every ones face and your best friend just give him plenty of hugs and treats looking forward to your next adventure keep smiling
Roz, telling it as it is makes your trip more interesting as you have become a friend sharing the good, bad and depressing weather holiday. The scenery is breathtaking , Winston adores everything you do (except forgetting his toy!) so it’s great to laugh, be awed and sympathise with you warts and all. Thanks a lot pet.🐕🦺🚚 ps. maybe you should try ear plugs for future travels as it’s been a very Noisy, wind today.
You absolutely right you are allowed to feel the way you are feeling as human. But you’re an amazing human you should be very proud of what you doing. So here goes am sending you loads of love and hugs to you and Winston hoping you feel better ❤️🩹 but please keep going I know it’s been difficult but life never been easy ! You have Winston he’s great support for you. Your amazing person ❤ Please listen to Winston noooooo more fun facts 🤣🤣🤣 Take care and stay safe. x ps you can change your plans it’s your happens what counts sod the money x
Being on the road traveling for extended periods does wear you down... The "extra" solitude cause loneliness ... Stop and relax a while... Mix with something me people and talk with them... It helps... I sent long periods traveling when I was working with the WHO and UN - UpTo 8 months at a time... And I know where you are now... Lots of hugs for you and Winston... ❤❤❤❤
Hello Roz and Winston I am so sorry that you were having such a hard time during this adventure. I think that I would struggle the most with (besides the weather - with you 100% on that) moving so frequently. Moving every 4 days would keep things a bit too hectic for me - especially for over 2 months. I would need that bit of a settled feeling with a longer stay but with the weather being what it has been I am sure there are probably some locations that you were very glad to be away from in a shorter period of time. I am so very glad that you slept that day - you were obviously absolutely exhausted. I am sure as we all know now you were planning a move during this time too which must also have been weighing heavily on your mind! I have not moved a lot but that is a huge undertaking too!! Thank you for keeping things real and I do hope you are all better now. Looking forward to the next video. Sending uplifting love and hugs for both of you!!
A sleep during the day can cure many ills……..you certainly did not have a wasted day imho.❤️🇬🇧
It's really hard work mentally when you're travelling, camping, etc. in bad weather, Roz,especially up in scotland with them fierce storms. You did well sticking to your plan ,100% effort 😊X
Interestingly, the jockey wheel on caravans is named after the late Scottish dart player, Jocky Wilson.
You are SO right to say "This isn't Instagram, it's real life!" Such a true spot on statement! However I did laugh when you said no one was going to die watching this episode! Absolutely brilliant. Thank you for a great series! Take care x
Hi Roz and Winston,
I know you are probably both home and well now, but this edition made me want to give you both a cuddle and some helpful motivational words.
You must be looking back with pride by now. I find your videos uplifting and motivational, and I imagine many folk feel the same.
Best wishes

No day is wasted. It's just the expectations we set for it. If you need a rest day, have one.
I've had a miserable week but it was good to be reminded that everyone has bad times now and again but brighter days are ahead (even in Scotland 🌞)
I would gently suggest if you had approached the red car owner (assuming they were there) and expressed your problem; your regard for his car and politely asked them to move out of stone range for a few minutes they would have been very grateful for your thoughtfulness. Oh Roz I feel your pain !
Lack of sleep, wet and cold is bloody miserable.
Credit to you to be able to put this video together.
Take care of yourself.

Loved Winstons thought bubbles. Thank you so nuch for sharing this weeks vlog as hard as it might have been to record it. A big hug to you both.
Hey lovely Roz, you’ve got this kidda! Cam xx💐
Don’t be too hard on yourself, we all have bad days and just because you are away from home this is no different. A duvet day and spending time doing things you love with some self care is long overdue. Look after yourself and Winston x

Winston wants to share the moment where his owner shows how a real reverse artist moves a car with millimetres accuracy in strong winds😂😂❤️
Yes, the planning and money spent is just an extra kick in the teeth 🙈
I'll volunteer to be on your pub quiz team anytime 😃
Trying to plan travel videos over such a long period must have taken it's toll to.
Have you got the power to run a slow cooker? You should have in camp sites.
You have a great sense of humour. Maybe I shouldn't have enjoyed this episode as much as I did, given the topic 😬. Its great that you keep it real. X
I'm glad you enjoyed it. I did try to lighten the mood a bit during the editing 😅
Roz your are a walking encyclopaedia 😅,
seriously yes we have our down and sad days sometimes.
Wonderful please keep them coming, it's like yous are part of my weekly routine now,🙂🐶
Love your vlogs no matter what, it’s reality and I appreciate your honesty
Love the vlogs, and really appreciate the work you put in 💚
Love your humor & honesty.
what I like about your vlogs Roz ( apart from Winston of course !!!) is that you are completely honest, what you see is what you get , if you feel you need a break have a break , we will still all be with you x Safe Travels
Love your fun facts . Can't believe you eat that full pie.😊Enjoyed watching.
I can eat!! Didn't even struggle to finish it. This is why I have to weight my breakfast and other meals, because I could easily overeat every day 🙈
I think you are amazing , you have had some difficult situations in these adventure days , plus going without sleep for hours on end is bound to be depressing , but heck tomorrow is another day , onwards and upwards , just a few catnaps in between and lots of treats , you are totally entitled to your off days , after all it is meant to be a holiday and your are working most days as well !!
Thank you so much!! ❤️ I think there's one more episode where I'm battling the weather and then the adventure starts to become a bit more happier!! 😀
HEHE loved the chainsaw fact.Keep on truckin honeybunch ,yill be ok,cuddles for Winston, and yirsel.
You were like a pilot before takeoff, checking everything.
It feels that way sometimes 😅
There's nothing worse than driving down a motorway wondering if the back door is locked, or if the jockey wheel is up securely 🙈🙈
Love the Winston bubbles, I’m sure that he’s thinking what you are translating. Love em. Chin up Roz.
So far, I've seen one day of sunshine, so I'm owed at least another two!! 😂
Thank you! I was trying to lighten the mood 😅
Chainsaws for child birth...? We in Scotland invented that...! 🤓 I'm now on the naughty step. Sorry world for what we did...
Thanks Roz & Winston for another great watch.
Your having such a great life adventure.... and it's here to watch again, and again..x
According to BBC Science you did 😅
Number 25 on the list - www.sciencefocus.com/science/fun-facts
How could you ever be long term sad..!! With Mr.Winston bye your side x😀
Well Roz You was right you was tired and needed that sleep I hope you was feeling better After it . The song you was playing on the video was very nice I like it, looking forward to the next one but only when your ready
Take care
Ralph
The irony is that your fact about laughing did make me laugh quite hard. Completely feel you on this one Roz - I had the same experience when travelling solo around Asia, and berating myself for not enjoying myself. Some of it was perimenopause, but mostly I was just knackered and putting too much pressure on myself. Sending love.
Roz you are an amazing person and so Winnystan ❤. Have made a lot of friends and family by making these amazing videos.we all love you both so much ❤.👰♀️ that’s you Roz .🙋♂️
Love the fun facts... Your humor always makes me 😃. Knowing that you have depressed feelings makes you all the more relatable ❤
We must admit…..we would have given up and driven to southern France!
Still your perseverance is very impressive as is your very dry humour!
Still we loved the vlog.
😂😂❤️
I recognised Callanish Standing Stones in the Outro... 👀👍
You are correct!
Thank you for not killing me with this video!! 😊 Better days should be coming your way. 🙏
Now, now Winston, I like to hear her fun facts! 🤗
You deserve a good sleep, not easy traveling and having a schedule to keep up with. You are doing so well. I am proud of you. Love from Caroline Butler ❤
What a lovely,honest video..such a good watch…and I agree with all the comments…
Unbelieva BUBBLE,
I got a notification and thought,,,well their's nothing on telly,
I might aswell have look and listen,,,
Started me sandwich and wallop,,, dinosaur poo, if it ain't modern poo it's poo from the past,,, or Leaking toilets.
Winston makes me do a lot of walking 😂😂
Thanks for watching 👍🏼
great video
I'm super impressed by how organised you are and how you get on and do everything that should be done (wrapping the tow hitch,,,locking the wheel,,,removing mirrors and putting them away,,,)even when you're exhausted - I know a lot of us would be "it'll do until tomorrow" ;,)
I hope you felt better after the couple of bad days you had, got to say, those meals looked so tasty! Still looking forward to more vids from you and Winston and didn’t find this one depressing , just felt sad for you 😔, take care.
My love I’m glad you took some rest and slept so long. Please take good care of yourself.
Hello, we have caravanned all over Europe and even into Africa, so pretty experienced and have had a few times where I needed to reposition the jockey wheel and have had to use the motor movers to do so. I never thought of carrying an axle stand...well you learn something new every day. Thanks.
BTW I have a printed and laminated check list which I go through with my wife before we drive off.
The axel stand is very handy, especially if you need to change how high or low the jockey wheel is clamped.
Thanks so much for watching 👍🏼
I think you are a wonder. I love watching your adventures with Winston and I'm full of admiration for you and your tenacity. x
Love random facts 😊 and winstons speech bubbles 😊 if you dont feel like talking much, winston can do it instead 😂
Hi roz
Enjoyed every minute of this adventure it’s been brilliant,BUT feeling little guilty now after you said you were struggling and feeling down and depressed.we all appreciate the hard work it takes doing this channel and the day job which sounds stressful as well lol.ps just sing your song always makes you smile lol 🤗
Excellent mate, you’re a real trooper to keep on going. Thank you for the efforts you put into the videos ❤
I’m a NHS Health improvement person & a follower. If all else fails, I’m here, let me know x
Perhaps if you opened the curtains at the front of the van it would give you more light and views……. I know light helps my mood. Love your vlogs……. ❤️
