I have one of these for my Evercade VS and with all the issues that have been happening with some of these cartridges I decided to back them all up. I actually have the whole collection and it would really be bad if one got corrupted. Specially the Legacy cartridges. Having the restore cartridge feature helps if it did get corrupted. Best 60 Euros spent in a long time.
I haven't tried that, I'm not too familiar with the Amstrad CPC. There is a secondary method to run games I didn't show in the video where you can use the Retroarch backend cores to run systems not normally supported by the overcame. If the Amstrad's are supported by Retroarch it should work!
Thanks! The EverSD is really misunderstood I feel! The hate towards it is unjustified by some people. It fixes a lot of legitimate issues, (speeding up the loading of Donut Dodo, fixing the Namco carts), and having backups of your own games: I don't see the problem with it.

Is it possible to run Amstrad CPC games with EverSD? It would be great! Thank you 😊

Great video - thank you. Really useful, good overview, and some great gameplay captures too.
@@andrewfield176 thanks! I used my little Avermedia HDMI pass through capture box to record from the Evercade directly.
Very nice, thank you.
This is a great video. Thanks!
