Here in Thep Sathit the air quality is 58 us aqi (moderate) with a temperature of 25. But the real feel is about 23 because of the rain. The dogs are barking off in the distance, and in the morning the local temple fires up the music at 5:00 am, and the monk begins his sermon about 6:00 am.
How could the Thailand authority not know an entire subdivision wasn't being built? And all those people out of their life savings for buying such nice homes. Do they just wait for them to be built and the complain after the fact?
Yes and then the real bribes start. The builders bribed to start the project...a couple times during the project and now comes the BIG bribes to somehow allow them to stay....Thailand.
@@MuttNutterMC What does that even mean? Buy property off a plan? I don't know anyone who buys property without going through a Title Company to insure the title of a home. Expat like me need a real solution for our living and growing old and then evenly dying in Thailand if Thailand really wants the money we bring with us. I am looking for a honest solution to this question. If Thailand won't have me on my terms, I know the Island of Mauritius will. And they will give me Free medial , allow me to have real residency if I buy a house I really get to own for as little as 375k USD. I can live out the remaining years of my life being cared for by a country that actually wants a person like me. And when I die, who ever is caring for me can have my millions and lift their own lives up financially for that little extra boost in life. And they don't even need to marry me just to get it.
So basically, the dog barks at everyone. No wonder her neighbour was complaining. Nothing worse than dogs who never shut up and owners who simply don’t care and have zero consideration for neighbours.
Thumbs up 👍 Fabulous 🌧️🌧️

Why do tourists go to Thailand in this season 🤦♀️
Fewer crowds, lower prices , the locals really struggle during this time so it’s helpful to them , rain and clouds lower the temperature.
It doesn't always flood in September. I've been before and it was dry and sunny.
Why in any season
@@spicyroadslower price's are you sure 😮
@@keithgutridge7259 definitely , prices go up for high season. I rented a room in krabi for the month of august for 190. USD
