Ingredients
6 lemons
1 1/4 Cups sugar
5 Cups water
Steps
Wash lemons until not waxy.
Peel yellow zest from lemons
Juice lemons and save juice for last step.
Cover lemon zest with sugar and sit for 12 hours or overnight.
Bring water to boil.
Pour in lemon sugar mix.
Bring to boil.
Strain and then let cool.
Add lemon juice. Serve over ice.

Gerald Undone's cookie recipe
- 1 cup of salted butter
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 cup of light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 2 cups of chocolate chips
You forgot the excessive notes on when and how to take them out of the oven XD
Paraphrasing, but like 8-10 minutes in a (350 degree oven I think, use an oven thermometer people!!) on a cookie sheet. Take them out and let them rest on the cookie sheet while they cool and the cotton crisps up so they stay moist long time yum.
Also cream your wet ingredients!! Especially the butter and sugar before the eggs, big help on soft delicious cookies.
Disappointed this recipe isn’t in grams but nobody’s perfect.
Also like to sprinkle some flakey salt on the top of the cookies too.

In the video thumbnail the red arrow points to a blurred out setting saying it's a game changer. That setting (in the Sony a7 IV) is shooting mode. Ie: that is the next step, can't help you more.
The funny thing is, this is pretty normal thing for my editor to listen through and cut out, I'd say 1 of 4 videos something like this happens, parcel gets delivered, kids walk in, phone call... I used to turn my camera off, these days... sack it... keep it rolling, let the editor sort it! 😂

I guess this is as good a place as any to ask my OT question. Since you're the most technical photo youtuber I know of, maybe this is up your alley. I do a fair bit of backpacking and I've taken an interest in astrophotography. I've learned that our raw camera sensors are sensitive to UV, Visible, and IR light. Sensor manufacturers put filters on the sensor to filter out UV & IR so that the sensitivity of the sensor more closely matches human vision. There are a few places you can send your camera for an "Astro Conversion" where they will take off that filter and replace it with whatever you like. You can get a "full spectrum" camera that uses the full spectral sensitivity of the sensor. You can then use a black filter to block visible light and have an infrared camera. Or you can get a "Visible plus H-alpha" conversion that's sensitive to visible and hydrogen-alpha wavelengths that distant objects tend to emit. With a UV-IR filter this camera is again taking "normal" pictures. Or with a visible filter, it's photographing h-alpha, and other wavelengths of interest. MY QUESTION IS -- where can I find out what sensor is in what camera? For example, I just had my Sony a7c converted and I'd like to find out what model number sensor is in that camera, and find a spectral transmission chart for that sensor. Any idea where I can find what sensor is in what camera? And where I might find spectral transmission charts for a sensor? Thanks for everything, Gerald! Sorry about the vinegar!

Quick question, I’ve enabled captain’s log as recommended, but now I’m dealing with a load of side fumbling on the inner mechanism of the turbo encabulator, should I look into a new chassis made from pre-famulated amulite instead of hadron-collided elder-mineral? I’m just worried that the internals were never surmounted by a malleable spurving bearing.
