Looks like 68 side markers on the rear, an odd feature on an otherwise clean 67 Catalina. My first car was a 67 Bonneville. I later owned a 67 Catalina coupe like the one here w/o the rear side markers.
Those side marker lights were an option in 1967 on the full size Pontiacs. I have an original dealer sales brochure, and it is listed in the option section. My 67 Catalina doesn’t have them.
Most American Car Companies didnt start adhering to the side-marker LIGHTS LEGISLATION until 1968. In 1969 , Congress passed a bill making it mandatory for all American vehicles to have an interlocking ignition system added to the steering column for the purpose of a theft deterrent ALONG with headrests to protect the driver & passenger from receiving severe whiplash during A REAREND collision.

I love classic Pontiac Catalina but there to exspesive I like
