Mr. Brown, I'm always in a state of awe whenever you show off a new pedal; I'm so glad I work for a shop that sells your great products.

James Brown is a genius. All of his "Tight" series pedals have the same architecture. The SideTrak and effects loop is just badass brilliant. And they're very reasonable as far as price is concerned. I have my Tight Metal going right into my effects loop of my amp, bypassing the EQ and preamp. That way I get the true, uncolored sound of the pedal. Best pedals on the planet.

I just grabbed one of these. Sounds amazing and if you think about it, it can often negate the need for a switcher. I use three pedals in the side track to give me a two channel board.

Yeah, that's a great use of the SideTrak. You put your lead stuff in the rear loop and your alternate tone pedals in the SideTrak. I use a BigRock Pro with a TightDrive with its own SideTrak in the SideTrak loop....I put a synth pedal in there to switch off to synth in the middle of a crunch part. But I can always go back to the main BRP tone with 1 click. Have fun!

Mr. Brown. I say this in all seriousness. You are an amazing designer. Just amazing. I think I'm going to buy a Rock pedal just because you designed it. I really love my 2204 jcm 800 and when boosted with a thick lush distortion I swear that really modern amps are no better. That switching with the eq in the loop might be just the thing for the blues crunch to super heavy rock JCM 800 THING!!

Genius level stuff! I think I will be pairing the tight drive and big rock pro. Cheers from Dallas.

Cool, pedal love the side trak. Put an acoustic simulator in the side trak and you could go from clean to acoustic to distortion with 2 pedals.

This SideTrack thing keeps making me think up original signal routes...I don't even need another distortion pedal but I wanna try this SideTrack thingie so bad!!

Yeah, so many possibilities. The side track can really clean up a board and get pedals that aren't used all the time out of the signal chain.

just bought the tightrock and i cant get that much distortion outta the pedal...he must be running through a dirty or lead channel on the 5150. NOT THE CLEAN CHANNEL! debating returning the pedal or not because i cant get the sound i need.
